RF13
Just finished a model and now I´m stuck in UVW unwrap. 3dsM beginner level here. I´ve already tried stitch tool and vertex/edge/face editing, no success. It seems impossible to make checkers aligned and not stretched. Any help? aaron886
Looks like you used a Normal Unwrap to begin with... strange that you're having problems with those highlighted polygons being "out of order." I can see it on the nose as well. Try running a Reset Xform modifier from the Utilities panel, then redoing your Normal Unwrap. You shouldn't have that problem. RF13
Xform applied, no relevant changes. Well, I´ve been watching and reading tutorials on this for 2 days and tried several things but I guess this unwrap thing is not for me. john_X
normal unwrap is difficult to paint because you don't have panel alignment..

RF13
It took me 2 hours to align the intake faces. I don´t think I´m doing it the right way. [sIGPIC]http://img852.imageshack.us/img852/6229/133z.png[/sIGPIC]
