Bluedog
So..........I want to purchase A-10C and fly in DCS World. As I see it I can either download from the DCS website or on Steam. Is there any difference? Which do I go for?
Stinky
The steam version is outdated (and will not be patched anymore). You'd best buy and download from DCS website.
Grimes
A steam key will work with DCS World. sobek
AFAIK, steam is currently out of keys, so there might be a delay if you order there. As far as functionality goes, the version that steam offers is indeed outdated, however you can use the key you get from steam with the up to date version that you can download from digitalcombatsimulator.com, so there is no penalty for the customer from ordering through steam. Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two. Come let's eat grandpa! Use punctuation, save lives!
