Hey Guys!

I dont know what i maybe have done wrong, but my Track-IR isnt working anymore with the Mustang. In Black Shark and the A10 its working like every day...

I have already checked the axis settings in the menu, everything looks normal...

any ideas?

maybe a new install of the module? if yes, how can i remove one single module?

please help, its weekend, i have got time and my wife is not at home till sunday ;-)

greets!!!

Just to get rid of the most simple thing: you haven't accidently pressed the Pause key? Default TrackIR Pause is one of the F-keys.

You can try to change the TrackIR profile.

Alt+Tab out of the sim, open TiR software (it's in the sytem tray) and change the current profile to any other and then Alt+Tab back.

If it works swap back to your usual profile.

Sometimes I have a similar problem.

Hey!

Sorry for late reply. Was in cinema with my captain watching "Flight" (sorry for off topic :music_whistling: )

No, its not the pause key from track ir and im using win7.

Tomorrow i will check another profile, but i dont expect any change...

Does the blue light come on as normal? Can't think why P-51 should be any different to A10 or BS, so not sure re-install of module would help. If you switch to A10/BS does it work, but then switch to P-51 in same session and it stops? Maybe you accidently switched to Arcade mode, and TrackIR axes not set up for P-51 in Arcade.

everything is normal... all lights on on trackir and when i switch to a10 or bs it works perfectly...

this is annoying

normally i use the grey slider from the hotas for zoom... this is also not working, but in the settings everything is as usual.

i think i reinstall the module...

i checked it twice, everything as normal and like the other modules.

when i load the mustang, after pressing the pause-key, my view is where my track-clip looks. but only for half a second. then its fixed in the default middle position and is not more responding to the trackir or my zoom...

i already re-installed the module - no change...

Try clearing all mappings for "Centre View" in your list of P-51 view assignments (think it might be numpad 5 by default, and any other keys/buttons you've assigned); sounds like something is forcing the view to centre, rather than TrackIR not working.

OH MY GOODNESS...!!!

Tone71, thank you soo much for this!!!

you were right, in an other device profile column there was a switch set erroneously to "center view" - and this switch was set to on in my home-pit

thanks buddy, you saved my weekend :megalol:

Try to remove the the "Saved Games\DCS\Config" folder (it's in *YourUserName*\Saved Games directory). Just put it on your desktop - so you don't loose it if you need it again.

After re-starting DCS (all of your controllers and TiR should be connected) the programm reconfigures the Config folder.

If this won't help...

Good luck :pilotfly:

[Edit] ooops... replied too late...

Nice to read that you sorted it out. :)
