Devrim Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 Hi... That was bad landing. Then I realized the lights come from ghost wings. Thanks. cichlidfan Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 That's OK. I have a pic somewhere of an A-10 with the wing completely gone but the maverick stayed attached, to nothing, all the way in. :) ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero, i7-6700K, Noctua NH-D14 Cooler, Crucial 32GB DDR4 2133, Samsung 950 Pro NVMe 256GB, Samsung EVO 250GB & 500GB SSD, 2TB Caviar Black, Zotac GTX 1080 AMP! TimeKilla Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 Turn wingtip lights off via cod-pit fixed. lol got a feeling that might be EDs thinking :music_whistling: good find :joystick: YouTube :pilotfly: TimeKilla on Flight Sims over at YouTube.
SilentEagle Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 Light sources are defined at a fixed location relative to the aircraft center, regardless of wing location or even wing existence. It might be possible to have a variable light source location, but ED would most likely have to implement a damage element into the code for light sources.
NRG-Vampire Posted April 21, 2013 Posted April 21, 2013 yeah, if connector of light source is damaged/missing/broken then light source must be turned off
