Cnuke Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Just a word of advice. Before purchasing the TM warthog throttle&joystick online, you now have to check carefully what is being offered. Because Thrustmaster is selling the joystick solo WITHOUT the throttle all over the world with another productcode. Ofcourse it continues to sell the normal combo throttle&joystick, so you have to make sure, it is the correct product. As online shops are not able to show you a correct picture and even a good description to clear things up. Even sales people don't believe there is a difference between the two. So be careful. About claims... I can't give advice on that :smilewink: I hope no one ran into ordering trouble so far!
chromium Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 I will be happy to evaluate a stick-only Whartog... can you provide a link where you saw that? :) Author of DSMC, mod to enable scenario persistency and save updated miz file Stable version & site: https://dsmcfordcs.wordpress.com/ Openbeta: https://github.com/Chromium18/DSMC The thing is, helicopters are different from planes. An airplane by it's nature wants to fly, and if not interfered with too strongly by unusual events or by a deliberately incompetent pilot, it will fly. A helicopter does not want to fly. It is maintained in the air by a variety of forces in opposition to each other, and if there is any disturbance in this delicate balance the helicopter stops flying; immediately and disastrously.
