Hey,

 

Im missing the FC 1.1 Key on the Lockon-Shop-Page (it's just saying "Older Orders" but no CD Key). The FC 2 is shown to me on said page

 

And Im missing the CD Key for BS 1. The Keys for A10C and BS2 upgrade are shown to me on the DCS page but not even an transaction number for the first BS 1 Version.

 

I also tried the "pilotname+1" trick and looking under previous versions. I also opened a support ticket in each shop but no love. However, I need at least my BS 1 Key for activiating BS 2 in DCSW. FC 1.1 shouldnt be a problem as I have FC2 which should be good enough alongside LockOn to activate FC3 if Im going to purchase it.

FYI, to activate FC3, you only need LockOn installed, FC1.1 or 2 are not needed.

I opend tickets in both shops for both products I miss (see my first post).

However, I still need the BS1 Key. Otherwise my BS2 Key doesn't take my anywhere.

So, after two more weeks no answer for my support tickets and no answer from EtherealN. Why did I even bother to buy more DCS products. This is pathetic for an active game series :(

Still no reply.

This can't be true. :(

I bought almost every module and pledged for DCS 1944 and Im just asking to giving me access to my serials - nothing else.

FC 1.1 did work instantly and for BS1 I had to use the "pilotname1"-login which didn't work before.

 

Once again: Thanks a lot.

FINALLY I can access all my DCS products again. Now I just need a fix for my G940 after so many years and a new computer :D

So, after two more weeks no answer for my support tickets :(

 

I waited two months and then got a ticket auto-close message. No answer what so ever. The support leaves a bit to be desired to be honest. This isn't a free-to-play game afterall...
