That was the "JaBoG32 Airbase Mod" for 1.02 which added this sign to Sochi´s Tower and some more others to the terminal building. The mod is no longer in our DL section and I don´t know how it was done. It was already there when I joined the squad, but I´ll ask Chrissi to contact you on that.
