rthomas Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 If I view the e-shop without logging in I can see the Mi-8 at its sale price - clicking purchase takes me through to the payment screen where it still lists $49.99. If I log in with my account and view the e-shop, I don't even get to see the discounted prices... Any help?! I'd really like to get this module at its discounted price!
cichlidfan Posted September 19, 2013 Posted September 19, 2013 (edited) My only guess, since I just logged in and can see the sale prices, is that this is a symptom of a corrupt cookie. I would suggest trying a different browser or clear your eagle.ru cookies. EDIT: I know the sale starts tomorrow but I know of at least one person who has purchased at the sale price and the e-shop is currently showing the sale prices as well. EDIT 2: It is the 20th in Moscow. I have performed an actual purchase (all the way, including checking my card statement on my bank) and sale was active after 00:00 UTC. To make sure you are not seeing cached webpages: ensure you do a full reload of the website (Ctr-F5), or at worst reboot your computer. All I can say is that I did buy Mi8 at discount right after 01:00 my time, which is 00:00 UTC. If you are still seeing old prices, please make very sure you are not seeing cached pages in your web browser. The standard command for complete reload is Ctrl-F5. Computer restart should otherwise be a "catch-all" that should eliminate all such issues, but even then - 19.99 is what the shop charged me. Then, on the checkout screen, if I log in - it changes to $49.99... It's not a caching issue - I've tried different browsers and machines. 1

When I used a different browser instead of my default one, I was able to to the discount in the e-shop, but after I clicked "buy" and agreed to the terms and conditions, it took me to the cart where the price was still $49.99.
