Trubshaw Posted December 19, 2013 Posted December 19, 2013 I don't have my MFD mounted on a monitor. I simply assign functions to the buttons. I have designed a slip in card with the information on. My problem was that I could not see the writing when I was flying online at night. At the local Pound Shop I found 10 green LEDs with a battery box and a switch. This gave me an idea. I have mounted them on a piece of board behind the clear plastic. The green light now shines through onto the back of my thin printer paper inserts. Hope this helps somebody or gives them an idea. I realise that this is a very simple project and a mile away from the guys on this forum who are so skilled at recreating replica sim pit. Much respect to you guys. But it is a simple project for the beginner. Happy flying [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] TrubshawRN -=SHREK 94=-
