Actually the P-51D was sent as a gift (Steam has a gift option on their site) so the inability to get a product code is more frustrating than if it was just for me. Instead of my friend having fun with DCS World, I've given him a bunch of aggravation especially since he's dealing with 2 entities, Steam and ED. We all know how complicated that can be... passing the buck (or ruble) around etc. It's now been well over a week and just like in Russia, we in the US and the UK celebrate the Christmas holiday too. And now New Years- 5 days post and still counting. It shouldn't make the consumer world stop revolving for all this time! Anyway, thank you for stepping up for ED (maybe they're tending to their hangovers or whatever) and trying to help. Bob. PS.
