Blooze Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 I continue to see problems with older user created missions. Triggers don't seem to be working as they should, AI SEAD flights fail to do what they are supposed to, voice overs overlapping etc. If an older user created mission is malfunctioning in the latest DCS world builds (since 1.2.4) is it possible that deleting the warehouse file within the mission has any potential to solve compatibility issues and restore the mission's functionality, and if so, why? ED Team NineLine Posted January 22, 2014 ED Team Posted January 22, 2014 It is recommended to re-save your missions in the current version after each update. Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**
Wrecking Crew Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 Also, if an older mission used Load Mission events, open the .miz file to look for an 'embedded' copy of the mission -- > another .miz file inside. If you find any then delete the embedded .miz. This will cut down the file size of the older mission. WC Visit the Hollo Pointe DCS World server -- an open server with a variety of COOP & H2H missions including Combined Arms. All released missions are available for free download, modification and public hosting, from my Wrecking Crew Projects site.
Blooze Posted January 22, 2014 Author Posted January 22, 2014 It is recommended to re-save your missions in the current version after each update. I was aware of that and have tried re-naming, re-saving and any other fixes that I have seen but still have issues with some missions. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
