  1. program features: - This program version 2.0 is now compatible with the Logitech LCD Manager - Export and display navigation data on the G15-keyboard display. - Export and display power setting - Export and display the autopilot modus - Export and display remaining fuel (internal and external) - Calculate fuel per minute consumption. - Calculate bingo fuel value depending of the manual selected airfield and current power setting, based on calculated fuel per minute and TAS (I know it should be the ground speed, but I donґt know how to export the ground speed if possible or the wind values). The bingo fuel contains 10% more fuel than calculated, round up in 50kg or 100lb steps. - Calculate bearing and distance to selected airfield. You can choose any airfield for getting bearing and distance, particular interesting for US planes. The bearing means the direct way to the airfield (middle of the runway) and not the return point. - Calculate bearing and distance to bullseye. The longitude and latitude value of the bullseye can be changed within the GUI. - Export and display warning lights if there are system malfunctions - After starting the program it will be minimized to the task bar. Double click onto the icon will display the program information screen. Right click on the icon will close the program. For a correct position report you have to add or subtract 180°. e.g.: Display: "B|R : 210 | 20 nm" => position report "bullseye bearing 030 20 miles"

  2. Hi guys ! I'm polish living in France. Since December 07 i'm building a SU25 cockpit. The project is to build as realistic cockpit as is possible with Lockon's Export lua file. The interface between my pit and Lockon is made using Opencockpit's Input/Output cards. I use two throttle command for both engines, one from X52 hotas the second from my old X45. I'm not write or speak English since long, long time ago, so i post under some pictures easiest to understand than my horrific english... :helpsmilie: As you see my pit i still under construction :

  4. While I don't think SAMs are simply an inconvenience for air power, I also don't think searching Wikipedia is "doing your homework." The truth is, if SAMs really worked the way their brochures say they would, nobody would bother having an Air Force. The actual reality of the SAM vs. fighter game probably lies somewhere in between the two perspectives presented here. I'd say GG is closer to the truth though. Obviously, EVERYONE knows that *I'M* ALWAYS right. CLEARLY. My opinion is worth 10 of yours :harhar: Yeah, that's right GGtharos (takes off shirt, revealing well chiselled bod) What are you gonna do? What are you gonna do?

  7. I read the thread again and I see few "problems" (which come from misunderstanding) keep poping up and can make our cause to lose: 0. Why do we need it? Pilot of ANY palne has to make biger or smaller but still - corrections during flight due to "unsteady air" of many kinds. We should be forced (noone has to force me;)) to face this challenge to. It can allways be as an option to turn off.:glare: 1. Who needs gusts smashing player aircraft into the hill? NO ONE! We're talking about "strong" turbulence and wind at best not hurricanes. 2. Does the model have to be sophisticated? No, it doesn't have to. Initial turbuence model we're asking for has nothing to do with dynamic modeling of atmospheric fronts etc. See the story*. 3. How do we feel the turbulence and gusts anyway? a) VVI :doh: b) obvious changes in pitch roll and yaw. You don't need ADI here. c) changes in flight path clearly seen wen in proximity with ground, runway, other aircraft during flight. d) last - "loose" cockpit camera (scalable). STORY: My professor is one of the creators of many military simulators for Poland and other countries includng one for US NAVY IIRC. During tests of Polish helo simulator he included sinusoidal movement of the local atmosphere (just the modeled helo surrounding) and said nothing about this to the testing pilot. He did it on the spot. No fancy modeling. The pilot finished the test and said - "This turbulence is ok, but you should add more variation to it". IIRC pilot "knew about sinusoid" thanks to (among others) torque indicator. If there's no objections I hope to add these comments to our cause's essence before it's presented to ED next time.

  8. Я установил нормально патч старфорсовский без всяких там заморочек с правами администратора. UAC выключен, что б не досаждал. ЗЫ: обновление, если надо, можно скачать со старфорсовского сайта. Я устанавливал давно, может 1.12в и содержит обновление, не знаю.

  10. 2voi - двумя руками и остальными выступающими конечностями за. Нормально и с комфортом погамать на буржуйских серваках (с мопедом) нереально в принципе. Против штурмовиков я ничего против не имею, но при таком наполнении сервака нормально повоевать с истребителями почти невозможно. Где то в стороне летают 25ые долбят чего-то там, а истребителей в воздухе максимум 1-2 с каждой стороны. И че делать? Если ж отделить мух от котлет и был бы отд сервак для штурмовиков и для истребителей, а то получаеца черти что... :icon_frow

  13. 2Валерий В данном случае Flanker как самолет... У меня даже автограф С.Ильюшина есть с первого показа на Ходынке :) А Flanker как сим - я ОЧЕНЬ рад тому, что его делала и делает РУССКАЯ команда, т.е. ВЫ. Еще раз -удачи !!!
