After reading multiple books about Col. Boyd and hearing him mentioned in many other places, it was cool to find videos of the man on youtube giving a presentation: He talks about the FX program which eventually became the F-15. I haven't watched them all yet. I'm hoping he gets in to E-M and the light-weight fighter program. EDIT: Even better...he talks about his more broad concepts.

Hi Guys, Well here she is, the long awaited VEAO Eurofighter Typhoon Block 2 Air-To-Air variant. We had been working hard to get the RAF Typhoon Challenge mod ready for Waddington 2009 Air Show, which was a great success and have now completed conversion for the community mod. http://www.veao.eu/mods/community/VEAO_Typhoon_Community_1-0.zip The Typhoon currently overlays the US F-15c for now but will be updated for different nations in the forthcoming mod. la suite : sous xp, toujours pas de crasch de dcs. En revanche, sous seven rc, a chaque fois que je débranche la prise Jack de la façade (donc du module indirectement) ça plante. pas encore de test avec l'autre carte son. je verrai demain pour vérifier les pilotes du module, sait-on jamais... tchouss SandJo PS : je te rassure dawestside, je n'ai élaboré aucun plan machiavélique pour éliminer les membres de ce forum.... en tout cas pas avant d'avoir règle mon problème... Ha Ha Ha (la c'était un rire de film d'horreur, vous l'aurez remarqué ;) )

DCS: A-10C has not entered beta-testing stage just yet ;) But, as Matt stated, more news on A-10C will follow shortly after the release of the Patch/Update for Black Shark, and obviously, i will dig into the sim and put together the movie (and let me tell you, i have never been more psyched to create a movie then now;) ).

F4 huh? You know what, I really like that. :thumbup: Maybe F-4G, flying SEAD in support of a flight of Kamovs or A-10s, imho would be brilliant online. Maybe a model more suited for strike missions to keep single player more interesting (more of a SP man myself ;) ). Plus the possibility for carrier ops, what more do you want. :D

Now you've given the game away - I was going to blame it on the track ....

I was reading the manual about the S-13 rockets (section 3-8) busting bunkers and killing the aircraft inside. So, I am trying to make a mission to do this, but have a few problems: 1) On page 3-11 of the manual it talks about the S-13T rockets that have two warheads (section 3-8 paragraph 3 of printed manual). It also mentions other versions of this rocket. But in the Mission Editor, it just says S-13, not S-13T or S-13OF. Which version of this rocket does the game have? Is there some way to select the different versions of the rocket? 2) I cannot put aircraft inside of a bunker hanger. They just sit on top. Here I am trying to put Static F15 objects inside a bunker that is part of the map. But it just sits on top of the bunker as you can see:

Indeed a well-made video, using After effects. And i see he has the same "teacher" like me, when it comes to learning After Effects... ;) But anyway, all my energy for a new movie will be put to good use for "Project 10", a movie for DCS: A-10C which i've been planning for about 5 months now. :)

Hey all Does anyone have some good detailed reference links for the Ka-50 on the web. Or maybe a good book on the aircraft? I realize that this might be condsidered clasified info for civillians, but I was just curious to no more about the yaw and cyclic system. Is the tail rudder the only means of yaw control in the aircraft? can't really seem to find some detailed specs. anything would be helpfull. all I seem to find is the basic like presentaion material.
