Its pontiac jtac that is giving me the callouts. But also I dont think i did the code to check in correctly. I didnt know that when he reads the code like Echo Foxtrot Bravo you have to then reply with the correct code. But with that said I have no idea how to read this code chart given. I see the line they are referring to but How do I come up with the answer? That part is beyond me I listened to my flight as they did the read out and code reply and I couldnt find any understanding. Ok I found awaks and Im calling him now for stuff, I guess I didnt have the correct radio channel on. But the code stuff still confuses me

Hey Im in love with the campaign so far and what it offers, Im curious im trying to get awaks to give me air targets but he is only giving me ground targets. My mission is set to CAP and my jet has nothing but amramms and 9xs. When I call awaks my guy says he has gbu12's and guns for some reason when I dont have GBU's. I did have them on when i started but i took them off. Im h aving the issue where i cant change the names of my flight so i have to go with the default setting. But Im just wondering whats going on here. Do I have to do bombing runs? Because they seem to be really wanting me to

Oh that could have been because I was trying anything i could think to keep it flying level. I tried autopilot to see if that would work and it didnt

its only 8 the one where you have the fast movers, Ive been taking off all day today in other missions and stuff with ZERO issues, heck i even missed the wire and have to full afterburn off the deck and still made it. Ive tried it on autostart and manual start doing all the flcs stuff trim and flaps at half all that stuff and still the nnose just wants to pull down like there is a weight on the nose. I didnt mess with the loadout and its not overweight

Yes yes and yes, I cant seem to post a file here its too big, but Im pretty sure its not pilot error. I have taken off from a carrier so many times and even if my trim or flaps were not set correctly you can usually power out of it, This is a constant pull nose down, I tried it on starting in the air and its not an issue. I also tried off the old carrier and it doesnt do it. It seems to be tied to the super carrier or the raven one mission. Or something because that is the only place it happens. and it only started for me after an update the other day.

yea I have the same issue I also dont have any of those other markers my map is pretty blank

Yea im loving the mission so far, Boy I didnt take off with NVGs so I had to bomb and land on the carrier without them and boy that was a challenge. I landed 4 times without catching the wire LOL But i finally got it and man did that feel amazing

LIke he said I just let the wingman kill em lol. I try with dots on and can get close but yea. Def not an issue with the mission just with DCS and rendering small stuff at night ?

I tried both autostart and manual and it happens both times. By any chance are you playing the raven one campaign? It is where i have most of these issues. But I do notice it out side of the mission

Ok so I tried a differant campaign The new dynamic one also by BD and I was able to take off with ZERO issue. I think there is something going on in the campaign that is causing this. No matter how I have my flaps set or trimmed out in Raven one mission 8 I fall after take off. something is going on

Setting flaps to half did not help in anyway. I also tried a different campaign and there was no issue at all taking off.

So I tried another campaign that isnt Raven one and It doesnt happen. even with the flaps set to whatever. Sure you fall a bit but you can easily power out of it with full afterburn. Im telling you there is something going on here other than flaps not being set correctly. I can take off no problem out side of this mission

To anyone else who wnts to know start and after the brief quit and press end mission to start the real first mission
