    Dutch F-16's

Hi all! I recently dove in and made some F-16 liveries for the KLU or RNLAF. For these skins I added the remainder of the reinforcement plates found on MLU vipers (the Belgian Air Force only has tail stiffeners on top of the fuselage) and added a panel I only see on KLU vipers. I loved discovering how they weather, and how it differs between sqn, hope you enjoy! It was also my first time using dynamic bort numbers, exciting ;)
  2. Hi Everyone! I reworked my nozzle modification completely to more resemble a Pratt and Whitney engine. For this second round of 'nozzlejob' I extensively modified the normal map to make the exhaust petals smaller whilst still maintaining the 3d models 'flow'. I started from scratch with the petals and weathered them up to look worn. I hope you will enjoy it, I will soon retrofit all my skins with this new nozzle!
  3. This new tail for FA-116 was unveiled only last week so I tried to recreate it very quickly ;) Apart from the flashy tail this skin is the first I release that has all the BAF Mlu reinforcement plates on the fuselage and wings. Thanks to a great collab with Wolfthrower this is now the most correct and accurate Belgian Air Force viper ever, featuring all the right stencils in all the right places and a ton of missing panels were added! I hope you enjoy!

  6. Hi All! In the progress of making our block50 look a bit more like a MLU viper I've added some panels to MAIN 3 that were missing. Ofcourse I had a ton of fun afterwards weathering them! These panels have their own normal maps. I hope you like them, thery will be added to all skins in a large 'mlu' update ;)
  7. Seems like its for everyone then? It's sad! I miss my comments ;)

  14. Hi everyone, The last few months I have been working on making Belgian Air Force Liveries for our fantastic sim. Initially I had made a few skins based on the template but I was not satisfied with the weathering, particularly the roughmets when compared to pictures of the Vipers in my country. I have now made two 'template' vipers: a low-viz and not super weathered jet and a high-viz weathered jet,;based on pictures of two tail numbers FA-95 and FA-127. From these I'm making different tail numbers, each with unique weathering. Things I've done for these skins: -Custom diffuse textures to include weathering and accurate stencils (WIP). -Custom roughmets to match this weathering and give it the very characteritic look under certain light. -Custom normal maps for reinforcement plates added around the tail. -Custom 300 and 370gal fuel tanks and pylons with more dirt and Belgian Stencils. -Custom PW-like nozzle texture (albedo, rough, normal) ->WIP -Added antenna panels on Main 2 under the nose. -Custom cockpit stencils (external) -Custom (desert) flight suit and patches Things to come: - Release FA-106,107,103,114,86,89 - Updated nozzle -Fully reworked cockpit and stencils (by the amazing Wolfthrower) -More skins, more weahtering, desert look; I'm looking forward to your feedback! Hope you enjoy. The two released skins can be found here: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3311471/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3311472/

  18. Hi all, As I'm a skinmaker of Belgian Liveries (Gunfighter06 on user files ;) ) I made a new nozzle texture, to more reflect the PW nozzle. You might have seen it on FB already, but I wanted to share it here! Curious to hear your feedback!
