I believe the file is \DCS World\Config\View\Server.lua though you should copy it to your userprofile\Saved Games\DCS\Config\View folder and edit it there. The Ka-50 section has a CameraViewAngleLimits setting, try changing 120 to 160 see if that helps.

I just started getting this error and the fullscreen workaround has helped me too. Hopefully there will be a real fix for this at some point
