  1. Hi Mr_Burns, You've been very helpful. Thank you very much for the PP file The programming the keyboard is very easy and is done quite quickly. The only thing I still have to do is to program FWD, MID and AFT keys. Do you have by any chance these three key combinations? Have a nice day, Mladen - Hammer
  2. I've bought it here ... http://usb.brando.com/super-tiny-keyboard_p00666c034d015.html Gr, Hammer
  3. Hi, :smilewink: Thanks for the compliments ... I appreciate your support. The cockpit is “slightly” modified Akers-Barnes Cockpit As for the FMC/CDU on the right side … it is an Engravity model and is for MS FS (Microsoft flight simulator) The mini keyboard should function as UFC and is “copied” from Mr Burns idea for which I am thankful to him. Have fun while :pilotfly: Hammer
  4. Thanks for the picture. At first glance I would say the key position is  . If the UFC is functional and can be operated easily and correctly then not beeing 'as real as it gets" is no problem for me.:smilewink:
  5. Hi Mr Barns, I would be more then happy if I could use your design for the stickers. At my work we have a Roland Vinyl Cutter and I'll try my luck using it.:music_whistling: If it is not to much trouble I would be happy to see a pictur of UFC with removed (non used) keys. Programming is a chapter which will give me even more gray hair ... :smilewink: On the right side there is a Boeing 737 FMC/CDU which I use(d) in my old MS FS cockpit; I've used it in Level-D 767. Engravity is the manufacturer of this hardware. Regarding a thread about my cockpit ... soon I will post a few lines an pictures in separate thread. :) Have fun and a good weekend ... what's left of it:smilewink: Hammer
  6. Hi Mr Burns, :smilewink: First of al my compliments for your work ...Well done. Today I received my mini-keyboard and upcoming week I'll be busy configuring my UFC. For now I have a question regarding the key stickers. ... did you make them yourself or did you buy them from some store? Without doubt I will have more questions while building mu UFC and I sincerely hope you will be kind enough to give me some more advice. Thank you in advance. Hammer
  7. After few months of exploration and a LOT of fantasy my office is ready for to do some business (even though not yet finished). Have fun ... Hammer
  8. Hi, ;) I have a TH2G (TripleHead2Go) set-up with additional 17” monitor “hidden” behind the dash where I display MFCD data. At the present situation the Snap Views are enormous (size) and stretch across all three monitors. I was wondering if it would be possible to display Snap Views on the second monitor? I would like to display Snap Views in the place where MFCDs are displayed. Of course this is experimental try since I do not know if the Snap Views will be readable in such a small (MFCD) format which is 410 x 410. Any idea is highly appreciated. Have fun Hammer
  9. Hi, :) Thank you very much to all of you who replied to my forum topic. After reading your voluble replies and the information which I gathered from SimHQ forum ... it is obvious that the flight stick handle "must" be rotated slightly (15°) to the left if one wants to position the stick in the center (between the legs) and still fly comfortably. I will definitely mount the flight stick in the center as in the real Hog, the question is only whether the physical dimensions of my cockpit will allow me to extend the flight stick and still achieve full stick motion. This will be clear during/after the cockpit assembly. It seems that there is also an option to rotate the virtual axis via TARGET software ... RotateDXAxis(DX_X_AXIS, DX_Y_AXIS, -15); without any hardware modification. Anyway... there is much work in head of me and not afraid of it ... :music_whistling: Have a nice flight and be careful up there :pilotfly: Gr, Mladen
  10. Hi guys, :) I am in process of building my first general purpose cockpit based on ABC design. Regarding de control stick position … some forum members advice NOT to position the stick in the center (between the legs) due to the possible wrist damage. I was also reading that rotating the control stick for 10-20° counter-clockwise (to the left) could solve the problem. I am interested in the experience of those of you who are using canter-positioned control stick. Is it really so bad? :( Thanks for your input Regards
