  1. Hi @faria I tried to reproduce this but can't. All works well for me. Here are the steps I took: - Battery and APU on - Salute for engine start - Continue start up as per normal (No Auto start as per Designer Notes and radar off as per briefing) - Waited for All Anvil flight to be on the move (As per Designer Notes in the briefing) -> Blade and Weed were parked left of the Carrier Superstructure, so I kept an eye to see when they start moving. Saluted for Taxi just after Tron (On my left) started moving and was directed to CAT 2. No issues and I was pretty much last to take off. If you are still having issues, try the following steps: The No.1 Rule with DCS Campaigns... If you have ANY mod that is NOT purchased from the DCS Store, it will probably cause issues. SRS and OpenKneeboard(Mostly VR users) seem to be ok, as we test these missions using both. Make sure to remove any and all mods before flying campaigns. (Check out OVGME, I use it daily and it works well) If you have no mods, or if removing all mods still does not fix the issue, take the following steps(Test after each step): 1) Delete fxo and metashaders folders in you saved games. Can get gummed up with old files. 2) Rename you DCS Saved Games folder, run DCS and let it create a new one. Close DCS and then just copy the Config folder from the old to the new so you don't lose your bindings at least. (Some mods can write to places like your scripts folder in your saved games location as an example. Also seems to help sometimes even if you never run mods at all) 3) Do a full deep repair of DCS to clear up any unwanted stuff in your main game folder. Some settings to check: 1) If you have easy comms enabled, disable it. 2) Under Gameplay options, make sure the tick box on the bottom right for "No force from mission, use min" is NOT ticked. 3) Try disabling TacView under special options. It can cause issues, usually performance, that can lead to bugs if your cores are overloaded/too busy and it misses a trigger point due to that.
  2. I was unable to reproduce this. I switched on the battery and APU, saluted for engine start and got the go for that from the deck crew. Ran through start up and waited for the "you may taxi" splash screen. This popped up around 10min in. I then saluted and had to wait for available deck crew. I could taxi at around 14min and was sent to CAT 2. I was the last aircraft to taxi. Everyone else taxied as they should/were directed with no issues.
  3. This is a known issue. @baltic_dragon put in a lot of work on this one and it should be fixed with the next update
  4. @yoshim I checked this, On my side he taxi's right up to the Tomcat, stops and slowly inches until his prop is on the Tomcat nose, then sits a while and passes through the Tomcat and everything continues as normal from there. Maybe try again and just give it some more time? Also make 100% sure you have no mods installed.
  5. Hi @baltic_dragon Just flew the mission in 2.9.7.59074(latest update) and had no issues at all. Mission flowed perfectly. @wpsaturn do you have ANY mods installed? Here is my usual advice I give, just some personal findings after a good few years flying campaigns: My Rule No.1 with DCS Campaigns... If you have ANY mod that is NOT purchased from the DCS Store, it will probably cause issues. Make sure to remove any and all mods before flying campaigns. (Check out OVGME, I use it daily and it works well) Also try disabling TacView under special options...can cause issues, usually performance, but that can lead to bugs if your cores are overloaded/too busy and it misses a trigger point due to that. 6. I tested this one now. No issues here....mission ran flawlessly for me. Only advice I can give here is that If you have ANY mod that is NOT purchased from the DCS Store, it will probably cause issues. Make sure to remove any and all mods before flying campaigns. (Check out OVGME, I use it daily and it works well). Also try disabling TacView under special options...can cause issues, usually performance, but that can lead to bugs if your cores are overloaded/too busy and it misses a trigger point due to that. Copy the logbook.lua from the old MissionEditor folder into the new so that you can keep your campaign and pilot progress. 3) Do a full deep repair of DCS to clear up any unwanted stuff in your main game folder.
  7. @baltic_dragon I can confirm, there is a bug here. Cowboy 31 just does an almost S to N figure 8ish orbit... never gets on attack heading and just overflies the target area he should be dropping on. Track and Log attached dcs.logGAMBLERS M11.trk
  8. Yes, we will improve/fix that as soon as possible
  9. Hi @IceyJones Selecting abort from the radio menu when done refueling has probably caused this issue. It seems to break the triggers. Please try it again and just use the on screen instruction to say you are done refueling. This should stop this from happening.
  10. Hey @MrNelz Just curious, were you flying in Multithread or Single Thread DCS?
  11. Thanks for this but I ran a full pc format. Re-installed all mt DCS items and it is working better than before. Maxed out settings looking amazing with 100+ frames in most cases. Just Syria still hurt the FPS but not badly enough to cause stutters.
  12. Sorry @BIGNEWY, seems I was a little too happy and replied too soon...and sadly it's back to what it was/worse with no changes. I did several tests and will attach the logs for each but here is a breakdown of them: 1) Post HAG Scheduling 4YA SYR B - dcs: This is the log after all the changes you recommended. Busy 4YA Syria server and it was damn near flawless. 2) POST Post Hag Scheduling test 4YA PG M - dcs: This was after I closed the game and went back in. Medium busy 4YA PG server, glitched and stuttered badly. 3) POST POST post HAG Scheduling ZA PG Server Q - dcs: This was again after restarting DCS, local server with only me on it. glitched and stuttered worse than ever. Here is re-installed the GPU drivers: 4) Post GPU Driver Re-Install ZA PG q - dcs: Stutter was better for a few seconds and then went brutally bad again. Any more ideas? Post GPU Driver Re-Install ZA PG q - dcs.log Post HAG Scheduling 4YA SYR B - dcs.log POST Post Hag Scheduling test 4YA PG M - dcs.log POST POST post HAG Scheduling ZA PG Server Q - dcs.log
  13. Hi there. Thanks for your response! I set my pagefile to be managed by windows. Re-Installed the latest version of DCS-BIOS. Uninstalled Process Lasso. Tested but still had some nasty dips....but it was better. Then I checked my HAG settings and both HAG Scheduling and Optimizations for windowed games were off. Switched ON HAG Scheduling and saw a massive improvement. Spent some time on a busy Syria MP server that usually has the most and worst spikes....had one barely noticeable spike in 35min. Will keep testing and see what happens on different servers and campaign missions.
  14. Looks like all the fixes were just temporary. All the issues reported are WORSE now after the update. EVERYTHING, even my BIOS is up to date and still having major issues with frame drops and stutters making flying damn near impossible. Here is my latest log file from a test now...but issue is just as bad in MT and ST. 1 screen or extended screen...DCS as admin or not... No mods...Mods... Cores unparked... Affinity untick re-tick.... Change saved games folder and generate new one... along with redoing all the steps previously mentioned... NOTHING helps and it is only DCS having any issues. I have tried everything and all I get is worse and worse performance. Posting this here and hoping @BIGNEWY and team find some sort of help from this. Next step is a format and try again from scratch.... dcs.log dcs.log.old
  15. @silverdevil I FOUND THE FIX! Watching a video from @Reflected and he recommends trying Quick CPU to unpark the cores. Tried it and I am back to running max everything and smoother than ever before! Looks like the previous parking app I used has vanished off my machine and the last windows update decided my pc is a parking lot. Disable CPU Core Parking Utility (coderbag.com)
  16. @silverdevil Your settings made it much much worse on my system unfortunately
  17. DLAA is one of the things I switched off while testing. The DCS settings screen is how it was with the last test, which is the best performance I have had since the issue started. Normally everything is at it's highest with no issues. The Nvidia settings are unchanged for the last 6+ months. I will try your settings profile and see how that goes. nullnullnull null
  18. Hi everyone. Hoping someone can help, I am completely at a loss. DCS MT version was working flawlessly up to about the 8th of February when it just started glitching like crazy in MP. Switched over to ST and that helped for a few days. Since about the 15th I have been have massive lag spikes freezing the game for up 30 seconds in some cases...so for the last 5 days I have been down the rabbit hole. To start, I had no mods installed during this testing... I have removed everything, and it made no difference. The tests today were done using the Raven 1 Campaign - Mission 1, which was working flawlessly up to a few days ago when I found out Viacom causes issues. Removed it and DCS performance got worse. I have made no changes to my setup, no new or strange mods, everything I have worked flawlessly at MAX settings. I was flying almost daily with no issues. Also, no other games on my pc have any issues, only DCS. So here is what I have tried: - Capped FPS at 120 - No change - Capped fps at 90 - No change - Core Park thing(can't remember the name) - All cores unparked and ready to go - No change - Hotplug Off - No Change (Last test, I switched it back on during the test and no change) - Power services disabled - No Change - Affinity trick for the processor - No change in ST but a tiny improvement in MT (Could fly a few more minutes before it went to lag-hell) - Page File - As massive as I could make it, as well as standard - No changes - Root Enumerator trick - No change (Also mention in another thread) - DCS in Full Screen vs Windowed - No Change at all - Anisotropic Filtering set to 8/4/2 - No Change - Textures to Med - No Change - Deep repair - No difference - renaming saved games folder and letting it generate a new version - No change - Process Lasso installed - changes had No effect I am all out of ideas here...Please can anyone help? Windows and all drivers are up to date. All peripherals are the same as they have been for months, even in the same ports. Ryzen 9 5950X 16 Core - NVidia Geforce RTX 3090 - 64Gb Ram EDITs: I have also done the Spudknocker fix excluding DCS and all related programs from Defender. Tacview was disabled too (Usually the cause of this issue so the first thing I do). After running MT, my whole pc lags after exiting DCS, needing a restart to get it functional again. Only program to cause this issue, Post Lasso MT Test - dcs.log MT Post many changes - dcs.log Affinity Changes - No effect - dcs.log ST Post Deep Repair - dcs.log MT Post Deep Repair - dcs.log DxDiag.txt MT Pre Deep Repair - dcs.log
  19. Hi @ChillNG Just to confirm an issue here on mission 6. Flew it twice tonight, latest open beta and no mods installed. Whiplash does not respond at all after you switch back from Rodeo after your initial AAA target. Tried both preset 1 and manually entering the freq. Another issue I found, Darkstar is defaulting to FM, had to go into the comms menu for the ARC210 and change it to AM manually to hear them. Happened both times. Still managed to finish it though.
  20. Hi @chase I just flew the mission. Everything triggered perfectly from what I can tell. Both Helo's went down and I progressed to the next target and the snipers. I know this gets said a lot, but try disabling any and all mods before flying campaign missions....they can cause funky stuff. I always take my dcs back to vanilla before flying campaigns. Hope you get it right, this is an amazing mission!
  21. Well whatever you release, If I have a jet for it, I am buying it!
  22. Thanks for the heads up!
  23. Thanks. Makes sense I suppose. Just wish there was a way to export the RWR and IFEI like we do the MFDs in the screen layout so it's IC compliant
  24. @Bunny Clark Thanks so much for this. Had this set up for ages but lost the file after a recent pc format. Only sad thing is it now causes an IC fail for multiplayer... Any idea if there is a way around it? (haven't been in MP for a long while so not sure why it's an issue now...probably broke in a recent patch or something)
