Hi, The baseplate and pedal spacing Thanks
-
Hi, Just wondered if there was anyone who can tell me the exact dimensions of the CH pro rudder pedals? Thanks :)
-
Hi Metalnwood, Yes you are right the link above was not what I was trying to do - but I thank sov13t anyway. I don't wish to sound dumb but what is RHS? Would you be able to post a pic? I don't have welding gear but I could bolt it. Thanks

Hi, I'm building a new pit and need to raise the height of the stick but keep the baseplate in the same postion. I know you can take the stick off the plate. I need to raise the height of the stick by about 3". I thought I would need a tube (of some sort) the same diameter as the bottom of the stick (approx 4 - 3/8) and 3" high. I need to be able to attach the stick on one end and the baseplate at the other. I thought maybe a block of wood cut to shape and drilled. Can anyone tell me if they have already mounted their stick and how they did it? Thanks for your help...

I joined your site yesterday Gadroc. Your Helios software is just what I have been looking for. can't wait to try it. I want to use TM's MFD's Can I assume that i will be able to export MFD info from the sim? I have a very small space to work with as I am using the cockpit of an old glider for my pit build, so only want the MFD's and a couple of main instruments to show on my monitor. I think I can just about fit in a 17" widescreen LCD but will need to test that. I'm trying show everything on one monitor in my cockpit so I dont have to buy another graphics card. How much will your software be BTW? Thanks :)

Hi airdog, Just a qucik question before i go to bed. Why did you include your options lua... is it for the multimonitor set up? I mean... can I change that file 'in game'.. through the options page? thanks
-
Thanks airdog... I'll give it a try and let you know :)
-
Feed - can you show me how?... do you have the code.. or can you tell me how to do it. I mean step by step.. i'm still leaning.. so am a bit slow i'm afraid :) thanks
-
No - I meant.. he has both MFD info showing from A10C ... all the other posts I've seen show how to code the export to two separate screens.. i.e. info from from the right MFD in the sim to one screen - info from the left MFD in the sim to another screen. Airdog has info from both MFD's in the sim on one screen.... I don't need to know about attaching thrustmasters bezils to a monitor!!... Can anyone help?

How do you get two MFD outputs on one screen?
-
Hi, Does anyone know how to get both MFD's on one screen - like Airdog did? here's the link if you need to see... http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=61433 Thanks

Anything left? Did you sell everything? Do you have any working flight instruments left i.e. ASI, Altimeter? Thanks :) -
Please, can anyone tell me how to export one MFCD image to a second monitor. I'm completely new to this and would like to test options for a new build (pit) None of the threads seem to exaplin in simple terms (for new people) how to do it. Including setting monitors in win (vista) and which files to edit. My primary screen is 1920 x 1080. I have another monitor on the left of my main set at 1024 x 768. For the time being I would just liike to know how to do it with this set up. Then when I understand I can try with two secondary monitors... can anyone help, please... I would be very grateful :) Thanks. BTW Simmeters are developing mechanical flight instruments for DCS A10C (I spoke to their dev chap today) I will update when I know more..
-
Sorry - forgot to say... they are in the process of making instruments for the A10C.. but I wanted to try what they have already on FC2 in preparation for my pit build for the A10C....
-
HI, Does anyone know how to set up simmeter for FC2... the instructions were not very clear.. Thanks :)
-
Bit pushed for time today, but I'll read it over the weekend and see if I can get my head around it. Thank you very much for your help.
-
Thank you - that makes sense to me... Now I need to understand how to do it!! haha... but thanks for your help, that was great :)

Hi, I am new to pit building but would like to give it a try. I am a bit confused reading the various threads, so wondered if someone can point me in the right direction. At the moment I would like to try and interface an ADI to the DCS A10 using OP's I/O cards. I bought an ADI from e-bay and replaced the giro with two servo's. It works fine I have tested it using an old RC control I had (just to see if it wroked). My problem is I'm not sure about the programming part. I have ordred an I/O card from OC and the software that comes with it (SIOC). I have read in the forums about SIOC and LUA and I don't yet understand if I am supposed to be using one or the other or both LUA export scripts and SIOC. am I correct in believing that I need to configure both to work with the OP card and the sim or just either LUA or SIOC? If that sounds confusing - it is probably because I am confused!! please can someone help, or point me in the right direction... Thank you, Paul

I have been practising flights with the A10 and trying to use ECM to help with evasion. The problem is I can't tell if ECM is working or not. Does anyone know if there is an indication light that is supposed to come on when ECM is on? If not, how can you tell it is working? Thanks
-
Yes I've done both - using the correct aircarft etc. Funny thing is that some keys work perfectly while others don't. For example although in the options I have nav lights as RCtrl+L - this works now but release weapon doesn't I've tried changing the key in options and then changed it back to the original - but it doesn't work unless I press the keystroke several times!!! Weird. Also when I try route follwing mode with the autopilot - the aircraft follows the route but also dives the aircraft into the ground! - any suggestions would be appreciated... thanks
-
Hi, I am getting problems with keystrokes. For example. the key for Nav lights turns on the cockpit panel lights in the A10 - also I can't close the canopy - the keystroke doesn't work. I have tried changing it (different key) but still won't work. Very frustrating!!! It seems one of several (route following autopilot - just holds the A10 in a turning circle)... can anyone help????
