You can view the images with an ordinary pair of 3D glasses. (Cost about $2.00) Granted it probably wont look as good as the high dollar hardware accelerated stuff, but you will get the 3D effect.

You have to call the tanker and "abort rejoin" for your self before giving your wing man commands to move in.

I think it's the left CNTRL + F5 key. I know pressing the F1- F12 cycles through different views.

Are you using Track IR? If so, what I normally do is zoom in to the view/angle I want then hit the Track IR pause key.

I usually get that going after the APU has been started. By the time the engines are going and I'm done playing with the weapon profiles, it should be ready to go.

Press OSB 11 or 12 "Can't remember which one." on the left or right MFD. It should be labeled ACK.

Found that out the hard way. :smilewink: The other day I had the best flight of my life. Destroyed all my targets in one pass. Had a perfect landing. :thumbup: Started watching my track, went to target view, and while waiting for my mav to blow up the tank. I hear altitude, altitude. I go back to cockpit view in just enough time to watch my plane explode. :bomb: "Funny...I don't remember that happening." :huh:

May be a stupid question, but how do you find out how many activations you have left?

Yeah...and by the time you get it all set back up a new patch will come out, and you'll have to do it all over again. :doh: It's a vicious never ending cycle. :)

I was fortunate enough to pick it up on sale. I'm a cheapskate through and through, and am always looking for a bargain. "Got burned to many times paying full price for crappy games." DCS A-10 is well worth the full price admission. If you can pick it up on sale "Great!" If not grab it anyway. You won't be sorry.

I am having a similar issue. I had just switched over to DCS world, and had set up a practice mission in the mission editor. Only had a few soft/unarmed targets with my plane loaded with rockets. It took me several passes to kill the targets with a barrage of rockets and guns blazing. I know I'm just starting out and am still in the learning phase, but I should be blowing something up. I recreated the same scenario in the stand alone A-10c and have no problems wiping out the targets in one or two passes.

Thanks paulrkiii I'll check it out @ chaos: The link to the mod seems to be broken, but that's exactly what's missing from the game.

I recently discovered that I can change the appearance of my aircraft in the mission editor. Problem is I don't know what they look like. I tried doing a search and didn't really find what I was looking for. Does anybody have any pics of all the different flavors? I'm mainly looking for the default grey /w teeth, but not sure which one it is.

I made all the joystick buttons modifiers. For instance speed brakes are on button 6 + hat switch. Boat switch on 7 + hat etc. I have the same joystick and it works out pretty good for me. It's setup for trackIR, so the hat switch has no view function. I also set the slider for zoom view. My Joystick.lua

Reinstalled without a hitch. Just had to re-select my joystick buttons as modifiers. (took about 5 min.) Now maybe I can "LEARN" to play it. :joystick: Thanks again.
