CAP in a JASDF F-15J :D later engaged 4 MIG-29s while protecting an awacs, my wingman was downed and mission ended as a partial success as our Awacs took a hit and later with only 2 engines maked his way back home -
Those are F-2 and they are too expensive :S oh god ... thats a good reason too, probably thats why.

A river would do the work, maybe there arent rivers in the area with the enough size for do the work, but it is possible with sea water.

for me the worst situation with a IA wingman was on the MIG-29 campaign ... he just ... crashed into a mountain and leaved me alone against 4 phantoms ... somehow i managed to shootdown all of them.
