...und da kommt jetzt noch zwei Problemchen oben drauf: Ich fliege Dcs in VR (Hp G2). Sitze in der F 14, alles prima, lehne mich nach vorn, dann hakt sich irgendwie das Sichtfeld fest. Wenn ich mich nach hinten oder zur Seite lehne, dann bewegt sich das Sichtfeld mit. Ich kann’s nicht besser beschreiben. Ich ruckel dann ein bisschen hin und her und plötzlich geht es wieder und ich kann mich wieder umgucken. Das ist das eine. Das andere Problem: ich fliege ne zeitlang durch die Gegend und plötzlich verabschiedet sich Steamvr mit der Meldung "es Ist ein kritischer Fehler aufgetreten. Es geht zwar nicht alles aus, aber Dcs ist nicht mehr Flieger und ich muss steamvr beenden. Habt das schon jemand von Euch gehabt?

Das Auftanken hat für mich erst richtig funktioniert, seitdem ich in VR fliege. Die F 14 ist in VR einfach großartig Vielleicht kann ich mich bei Dir mal als RIO einklinken, um Dir den ein oder anderen Tipp zu geben.

I have a question about installing openvr-fsr: Is it correct that I only need to copy the file openvr_api.dll and openvr_mod.cfg in the folder "bin". (Before renaming the file openvr_api.dll). the other files and folders that are included in the zip-file I can ignore?

Der korrekte Gebrauch des Funkgerätes ist für mich auch nicht so wichtig. Schön wäre SRS, denn da hat man durch den Sound das Gefühl, am echten Funkgerät zu sitzen. Worauf wir uns aber verständigen sollten, ist das Einhalten der korrekten Start/Landerichtung. Ich bin öfter auf dem Amerikanischen Aerobatic-Server. Es gibt nichts ärgerlicheres, als einen schönen Flug mit einer ordentlichen Landung zu beenden, um dann von einem Flieger, der die falsche Startrichtung benutzt, vom Himmel geputzt zu werden.

Hi Philipp, das finde ich sehr interessant! Das gleiche Thema beschäftig mich auch schon seit längerem. Ich selber fliege in der echten Welt UL, bringe da also ein wenig Erfahrung mit - was mir beim Fliegen meiner F 14/F 16/ Yak/ F 86/Gazellle/BF 109 und FW 109 nur bedingt was bringt - wenn man mal das Wissen über die Flugphysik außer acht lässt Interessant fände ich auch das Kommunizieren im Flug per SRS. Ich habe mir das installiert - nur mit jemanden gefunkt, das habe ich noch nicht. Ich fliege in VR. Allerdings nutze ich kein WhatsApp - wäre deswegen also raus, wenn es keine andere Option gibt. Yes, hiding the pilot via menu is a good alternative. By the way, I bought the f14 as the first module because it is such a cool plane. I only noticed later that there was no pilot in it and was very disappointed. After some time, my view on the subject of pilot has changed. This is what I meant in my first post

This is interesting. I have been flying VR since December last year and found it very unfortunate that some modules did not have a pilot. My plane is the F14. But after a short time the pilots actually always bothered me. On the one hand they are Blocking the view, on the other hand it felt strange when I move my hand to operate a switch, but the pilot sits nailed to his place. It didn't fit with my body movement. I have the same problem. I bought the module. I can also place a vehicle in the mission editor, but when I save the mission, it tells me that the module is missing. This is so in DCS 2.5.6 and 2.7. I have already fixed 2.5.6 - but that has brought nothing. Does anyone have a solution?

Hi, ich besitze die Combat Arms. Damit kann ich ja in die Fahrzeuge einsteigen und damit herumfahren. Soweit so gut... Nur wenn ich neben meinem Flugzeug ein Fahrzeug stelle (Triebwerk vom Flugzeug läuft noch nicht) und ich dann in das Fahrzeug hüpfe, um es zu fahren, dann springt der Motor vom Flieger an und das Flugzeug starten (ohne mich). Ich will aber vom Fahrzeug zurück in das Flugzeug steigen und dann los fliegen. Wie bekomme ich das hin?

But when I put a vehicle next to my plane (engine of the plane is not running yet) and I jump into the vehicle to drive it, the engine of the plane starts and the plane takes off (without me). But I want to get from the vehicle back into the plane and then fly off. How do I get this to work?

Hi, I have tried the CA in 2.7. It's a great thing to drive around the airfield with a Jeep! But: After I stopped the the vehicle in front of my Tomcat and got into the plane via F10, I wanted to get back into the jeep via F10. This also worked, but I could not speed up the vehicle with the Controller for the Accelerator pedal of the Jeep. (I have connected my left rudder pedal for it.) The first time I Drive around it still worked. But after I came back from the tomcat, it didn't work anymore. All attempts failed - bind another controller - key "w" - dcs restart - make a new mission - nothing worked. Does anyone have a solution?

I've been looking into the OVR Advanced Settings - I didn't know about them before. Does anyone have experience with it? There is the setting in OVR "Space Drag", which you can put on a button of the controller of the G2. I also managed to virtually climb up and back with the controller in the Cliffhouse. It is only in DCS that I cannot do this. It may be that not every game can handle this function

The feeling of immersion would be really enhanced if my pilot wasn’t “locked” inside the cockpit. Yes, I can move the camera outside the aircraft (F 11), but that’s not what I mean. When I’m on the ground, I’d like to be able to leave the cockpit, walk around the inside of the aircraft, exit the aircraft, walk around etc… i.e. the things one would do in real life. Maybe there could be things to explore at the airport itself - why not go inside the terminal, or hangar, or check the plane etc.? Shooting me out of the cockpit cannot be the solution

Hi, ich habe mich jetzt mal mit den OVR Advanced Settings beschäftigt - das kannte ich vorher noch nicht. Hat da jemand Erfahrung mit? Ich würde mich gern als Person etwas freier im virtuellen Raum bewegen, und da gibt es ja die Einstellung in OVR "Space Drag", die man sich auf einen Button des Controllers der G2 legen kann. ich habˋs auch hinbekommen, dass ich mich im Cliffhouse virtuell mit dem Controller in die die Höhe hangeln kann. Nur in DCS krieg ich das nicht hin. Kennt sich da jemand aus?
