Put together a fast mission to test way points for air assets. Filled a small town with armor and such out numbering the blue 2 to 1. With the ablity to add way points and set targets on the fly I sent in two choppers and one F-16. After the ground pounds were done I sent in the armor to clean up. I'm happy to report 24 losses of red and zero for blue. DCS went up to new hights with this addition. :)

It will be interesting to see what the F-15C will be about. Hopefuly an upgraded version and radar. Guess it would be to much to hope for the latest upgrades. APG-63(V) 3, sniper pod ect. Yes the latest upgrade to the C model will include the use of the sniper pod. A man can dream right? :music_whistling:

I think people are getting cabin fever. Every post is becoming a flame war and its getting old.

Maybe that will get people to stop complaining about the F-15.

I've tried and as far as I'm aware you can't. How ever you can get some one playing as JTAC to use the IR pointer when you have you're NVGs on at night to get a spot.

I think the A-10 would just be able to follow given their isn't a heavy load but if you had to pull up a little bit it would start falling just like the F-15 was doing at 170.

Is this optimum in DCS?

Hopeful rearming will be implemented. I still hold on to hope that some day the DCS ground war can be won! :joystick:

I finding it a pain in the ass to refuel with the F-15C at the slow speed that the KC135 goes (170 knots). Tried upping the speed in the editor but no difference. Any thing I can do?

Did you take the base plate off and check to see if the screws that secure the right throttlle are tight?

Was making a bomb range and noticed These nice static options. Are these new or been around for a while?

Ran the dxdiag tool and nothing found. So far though after checking the full screen in options it seems to be fine. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

It seemed to stop when I put full screen on. Strange.

Having a huge problem with 1.2.2 in DCS. First DCS keeps freezing the game in options and editor. It's so bad you cant do nothing to get out of game and have to reboot the computer. When it freezes it makes a buzzing sound. I reinstalled DCSW and all the updates. Now it wont recognize the warthog joy stick. Had to reinstall the warthog firmware to get DCS to recognize it. But when in the options to assign axis and such it freezes. Havent been able to fly FC3 or any thing. Help about to blow a gasket!!! My system specs are Windows 7 64bit, AMD 955, 4GB ram and 670gtx. All up to date.

Watched you're video and it looks like the issue I had. Hope the problem went away cross your fingers. If they come back take the base plate off the bottom, hook up the usb and move the wires coming out of the throttles. It should reproduce the problem. It will most likely be the right throttle since the wires get pinched more and that's the side with the switches. Once you get that far you will need TM to send you the ribbon wire. It's fairly easy to take apart and put in. The hardest part is cutting the glue where the wire clips into the board. Hope this helps you out. Would like to note I couldn't find the ribbon wire at any local shop ect, so I just cut the bad section out and soldered in a new single wire. I bent the wire to desired curve and used electrical tape to stiffen the bend so it wouldn't pinch or flex and ware the wire out. I think this is the weakest link to the wort hog. I got my Warthog when the A10C beta came out so it had some use. In time I plan on ordering and new cable and modding the bottom a little bit for a better fix.

Had this problem a few weeks ago. My couser would jump around and things would flicker. It only happened when the right throtle was close to max. What happened was the wires coming out of the bottom of the right throtle were getting pinched. I had to cut and solder a new wire in and used some electrical tape were the ribbin wires bend at the bottom to stiffin. Fixed my issue. Suppose I could have had thrustmaster send me a new wire but I didn't want to wait.

I take this as a statement but interesting. I only have 4 GB. Wonder if it's worth upgrading to 8.

The red UFC looks nice and different. Use to seeing green but green is easier to see. Guess it all depends on whats trending in the real F-15E. To bad the color can't be switched.

After half a year break and installing DCS world I've ran into a brick wall. For some reason I can't get GBUs to release\go green when I ramp start. They work fine when starting a mission in the air or if I do the start up training. Tried to many check list, watched too many videos. My brains are blowing out please help! lol Only clue I got is on the hud it shows aln uns.

Update It's hardware related. After taking off the bottom plate I noticed that the wires get pinched against the plate at max throttle. Now off to figure and fix.

Have a strange problem here. I have a Hotas Warthog and when I move the right throttle to max the courser on the TGP and TAD Move around and don't function correctly or at all. The TGP keeps flipping between point and area and white hot and black hot won't do nothing. Only when the right throttle is at max. Deleted saved game controller profiles and redid em but same results. Note: Had this Hotas Warthog since the A-10c beta and has never done this.

I put the Jtac very close and it worked. How ever my hotas seem to be porked. Went through controls and so on. Seems to be related to full screen in options. My head is about to explode! :mad:
