I am really happy to see something like this finally done ! Way to go ! Reading through your faq i wanted to offer a few thoughts on the plane selection you are planning. The A10C and AH64D are both mid 2000´s airframes, fall waaaay out of the timeframe and in my opinion especially the ah64d feels very weird in an 80´s scenario. Also having a limited plane selection with two A10´s with so similar cpabilities seems a bit redundant. On the other hand the NA Harrier entered service before a lot of planes on your list, offers interesting gameplay and i think it would balance out nicely but will not be available. Having the F14 exclusive to redfor in a caucasus scenario seems like a big immersion breaker, i totally get why you plan to do it that way, but maybe substituting the F15 with the F14 is a better option ? Again, just a few thoughts, in any case the best of luck with this cool project.

Great Mod, some things i noticed while trying it out: if you place the Fletchers as static objects they will not show up in game. The 5" guns on the Fletchers and Iowas were dual purpose and actually designed with a focus on anti aircraft use, coding them as CIWS like the Breda 90mm on your italian ships would therefore be more realistic in my opinion. Finally, always on the Fletchers none of the 40mm mounts are working, and if i remember right two of them present on the model are missing from the .lua

Hi VFGiPJP, I suppose you are referring to Rudels post ? The big ships are Yamato class Battleships, you can find them and some other very cool ships in the following thread https://forums.eagle.ru/topic/259934-wwii-axis-naval-assets/?tab=comments#comment-4550501 The smaller ships are (i believe) Mutsuki class destroyers and sadly, from what i gathered, no longer available for public use. Hi Admiral ! I too think Kitty or Connie would be great choices. Somewhat different from the Nimitz and really fitting for the planes we have in DCS, plus models should be available. Altough, not to sound ungrateful, but at the moment we have plenty of great carrier mods in DCS, it would be really cool to have something a bit "weirder" maybe with a wink to the ever overlooked whirlywing crowd. A helo cruiser like the Vittorio Veneto or Moskva is what i personally am hoping for some day. Using them as heavily armed LPH... a one ship task force, plenty of possibilities to do some fresh scenarios.
