  1. I’m glad this is helping guys out. I wasn’t sure if it was just my system or not.
  2. Try using memcleaner and see if that helps. Info in this post.
  3. Awesome I’m glad it is helping others and not just my system!
  4. It’s really only beneficial if you are out of ram while it tries to load more data which happens to me if I don’t run this program. If I don’t, I get a big performance dip.
  5. I’m not sure of any numbers. I have 32gb ram and on the Syria map my ram usage will max out and my fps will drop unless I run this in the background.
  6. See my post to help your ram usage in syria.
  7. It should show up in your windows toolbar then double click it to bring the window up.
  8. No actually it is set in the main oculus app. I have not changed supersampling in the debug tool
  9. PD is 1.0. I do have my resolution set to 4864 x 2448 but thats it. I have tried changing it but it doesn't make a difference.
  10. Anyone use the quest 2 with this? I cant figure out how to fix the warped view fisheye effect. I tried messing with the fov settings in the tool but still not fixed.
  11. I still cannot figure out the fov issue with openxr. I get a weird fisheye warped view in dcs with the quest 2. Otherwise I would use it.
  12. Another thing that could help is on the oculus tray tool, type in 0.80 for horizontal and .80 vertical under mirror fov multiplier. That will decrease the workload and you won’t notice a difference with the headset on. Terrain textures to low and anisotropic filtering to 4-8x. That’s what I run.
  13. You also have SSLR on. That needs to be off. Visib range needs to be medium or high. And turn the cockpit display to 512.
  14. Try encode resolution to 3648 and enable link sharpening instead of having it set to auto. See if that helps. You also may want to turn textures to medium. High will max out your VRAM real quick with not much better visuals.
  15. Use the Skate Zilla DCS Updater program and go to app settings. Launch VR using Steam API instead of oculus API.
  16. So the way I was able to get it to run is using the Skatezilla DCS updater and launch using steamvr instead of oculus runtime through that program under app settings. Now I have a problem with a warped display almost like a fisheye effect. It will say that but make sure you are using oculus runtime for openXR in the oculus program. You can test to see if it is working by starting the demo in OPENXR tools
  17. Do any of you know how to fix warped FOV. When I move my head everything warps unnaturally. I tried to change the fov setting through the toolkit menu but it’s not really helping. This is on the quest 2. Thanks!
  18. I got it to work on my quest 2! Super smooth very much appreciated!. My only problem now is I have a weird fisheye effect on the quest 2. Has anyone else experienced this?
  19. I'm using the quest 2. The hotkeys for the toolkit are not working. is there something I am missing?
  20. I have everything installed. I just can't get the toolkit menu to work now. Hopefully I'm not missing something.
  21. Is there a good installation process for the quest 2? I keep receiving open composite errors on start up and can't launch DCS. Thanks!
