You guys are probably hearing the radar dish bumping against the bumpers at the end of motion

That's the exhaust IR deflector

In the first mission i noticed Devil 1-1 tells you to go Mach 0.75 - he himself goes about 0.735 (something between 0.73 and 0.74) - also FL250 seems more like FL240

the moving part is exactly what the LMC is supposed to do. Do not confuse it with a point tracker or similar.

Can confirm the bug - he just says "No Target" when trying to fire a 5th missile

you can only bind one key to switch through the settings - I wish I could bind each setting individually

hey - is it planned or even possible to bind the separate countermeasure banks to a hat? e.g. hat left -> channel 1; hat fwd -> channel 2, hat backwards -> channel 3? would make it easier for single pilots to select the countermeasures
