Here in the UK, I enjoyed it, it is a sad film for a number of reasons, quite poignant. Worth watching though.

hi, can anyone provide details as to what SP content there is for this map, current upcoming or planned? I have the F14, F15 (both), F16, F/A 18, F4 Phantom, Mig 19/21, Mirage F1 and the Harrier
-
Does it have a lot of single player stuff? Like quick missions for the various aircraft? Thanks

Has anybody tried this mission? What do you think. I have played it a few times it has a hair raising trench run like feel because of the low level approach and all the action that happens around you. My fps drops quite a bit during the heavy scenery and the sheer amount of planes in the air but it is still playable. Low FPS reminded me of the old glory days of simming in the 90's! Really great mission though I am really getting into the F4 now.

Got one of these delivered to replace my old warthog base, I am really enjoying it. Its a really nice smooth stick overall
-
Anyone else looking forward to this contest? Hoping for some solid SP content using this matchup. Come on ED! Vietnam map now!!!!
-
You can on the Sabre I know
-
Why are the compasses on the F86 so bad??? The one in the P47 is better!!!
-
Yes im interested what SP content there will be for this map, a bunch of harrier missions would be nice

Hi, flying both e p47 and the P51 single player missions, trains have become invulnerable recently! Also bombs never explode
-
Anyone still flying the DCS Thunderbolt in 2024?

I had flown the Spitfire and P51 for a few years now and recently gave the P47 a shot with the trial and it is growing on me, once you get used to the controls it has nice smooth handling and turns nicely at around 200-250 mph -
I setup mine using the throttle/stick diagrams in the manual. I have the F18 stick though which is basically the same as the f15 one
-
I was a bit sad about the lack of an ai buddy but it is still a hell of a plane
-
Thanks for replies. I have both channel and normandy 1 so i will get the upgrade, a few decent sp missions added would be appreciated though.

general autopilot or autolevel for the spitfire

You need to trim the rudder and elevators, you can cruise at 2700rpm 8 boost pressure, with the rudder trimmed properly you need very little control input
