Thank you very much !! First of all I know how to set the TACAN channel to Groom Lake but where did the 297 (or whatever) degrees come from and how do you line yourself up to the runway, this is the bit I don't understand !!

I have seen numerous youtube videos but they all assume you are an expert and know what all this setting course in degrees and switching channels, NDB etc etc. I need a tutorial for complete dummies and explain where all the figures come from, where to find them and how to implement them. In particular the F5 E as it's my favorite. Not asking for much eh ;-) but if anyone knows a tutorial for thick players like me it would be helpful. Thank you.

It looks too see through and cartoonish....or is it just me? Anyway, I have adjusted the alpha channel and made my own correction until maybe the developers will adjust the canopy glass themselves as there are problems with my mods lighting on the pilot. Mizzy

I have been a little disappointed with the glass canopy of the F5-E as it looks unreal and cartoonish. Seems that the developers need to address this issue. This is just a placeholder for me until they do as there are problems with the light on the pilot's helmet. Had to make a new alpha channel to correct it. Mizzy

title says it all, I used to be able to add music in Flanker 2.5 tracks and wondered if you can do this with DCS 2.00 and 1.5. Many thanks

I think the F-5 II will be my favorite soon as I always loved this airframe. Mizzy

This is interesting to hear other people's views of their module purchase. Still love the Mig 15/ Saber but the L39 is great. I fly it all the time now. Mizzy

Really interesting reading insights into other players why they like their particular module(s). Looks like the Mig 21 is a big hit with people !! Too complicated for me though. Mizzy

I haven't seen a thread that polls the members of this forum on what their favorite module(s) is/are and why. So I thought I will do it because I am interested in other peoples views :-) Anyway, mine are the Mig15 and F86 Saber. Why? Simple, they are very well designed software wise and I am mostly interested in vintage aviation. Anyone else want to say what their favorites are ? Mizzy

Navigation is one of the main parts I am getting into and spending time with. It's fascinating the detail ED has gone to with this and I recommend everyone to give it more attention !! Mizzy
