  1. Firstly, you say texts were admissible as evidence about a third Party, can you elaborate? You don't say if it's civil or criminal proceedings, both have very distinct juris prudentia and laws governing 'due process'. One does not have to be a Lawyer to understand this and indeed it's common knowledge. In short, some tribunals and civil proceeding allow 'hearsay', the criminal Court does not.
  2. I have had my warning and I agree with it. As much as I love DCS and get a bit irate at some posts (and posters) forum rules are forum rules and I accept I get too wound up over it all. I need to go back to work, retirement is giving me too much time on my hands. Bless to all, we all believe in the same thing, it just gets muddy at times and I am not going into why !! Mizzy
  3. Who mentioned Source Code ! It wasn't me. Read what I actually said. That's what I am trying to say but not so succinctly ! Mizzy
  4. Yes, that's why I said "classified" as feature complete and not in early access any longer. As I understand it, once a module is 'complete' and out of early access, ED maintain the module in that they continue to fix any problems created by updating the Platform. The modules stay the same with no updates or new features once out of EA, it is not the 3rd Party's responsibility to fix what ED have broke in DCS, that's how I understand the situation. So the comment of modules slowly imploding is not accurate at all, if that was the case, the Mig 21 would be unusable and as we all know it's fully functional and has been for 10 years. This equals a daily cost of 0.01 pence, considering it costs me the full price of the module buying my weekend wine, I think the cost of modules over the years is negligible to say the least. When a module comes out of Early Access, if it's 'complete' is in the eye of the beholder. Greetings Mizzy
  5. Calm down, don't bring the Hawk 'fiasco' into this. The Hawk wasn't a dispute, it was the incompetence of the development people that didn't know what they were doing but pretended they did. Modules are NOT imploding slowly at all, they are getting updated and fixed all the time, even sometimes the modules that are not in early access get fixed if an update breaks something. This will be the same with the Harrier, Mirage and Mig19. The latter won't get any new features because they are feature complete now, or classified as such, but they will get fixes if ED updates break them because that's not the responsibility of the 3rd Party developer. So, calm down, it's really only the F-15e that's causing all the fuss, and of course Razbam going public when they spat out their dummy. Mizzy
  6. Sorry, it appears a couple of people who like to play with themselves rated this thread 1 star, I wonder who they were so I have rated it 5 to expose the very few who rated it ! Now I really do need my bed. Mizzy
  7. The unsung heros in all this, well done team What a lovely rational comment, time for my bed. Mizzy
  8. Sorry if you don't like my posts, my advice, don't read them and there is always the ignore button. I was apologising for some remarks I made, not posting my opinions which I will continue to do when I feel it necessary to do so and that has nothing to do with you so move along. Kind regards
  9. And the only information people got when it went public was Razbam's narrative of not been paid for their work citing other developers hinting they are having problems with ED as well. In short, Razbam have acted recklessly and candidly speaking I hope they go under and clear off for trying to monopolise the narrative and cause maximum damage to ED. Have people forgotten all the fantastic other modules out there, the fabulous work of VSN mods, all maps still being developed, campaigns, frequent updates etc. All because of Razbam went public and blamed it all on ED, I hope they get sued to their shoe laces, despicable. Mizzy
  10. The slogan 'pay razbam' says it all and indeed very deliberate by razbam because they are doing nothing about the situation, they are encouraging it by doing nothing. By going public, it was a deliberate unprofessional attitude in my opinion. The only reason I can see as exoneration for this is people will notice no updates and blame it on Razbam.
  11. Yes, Razbam are not DCS Mizzy
  12. Yes, DCS has many values to it's customers and I am leaving it at that. Enjoy DCS for it's many charms. Mizzy Oh yes, a silver lining LOL...or their inhouse developers Belsimtek !! Mizzy
  13. I let it go before his (her) last post. I didn't see your post addressing this issue just a response to mine. I have let it go. Mizzy
  14. This is not a confirmation whatsoever, I have not seen any such statement from any ED employee. Your first confirmation was supposed to be from two others that worked for Razbam, now you say it's from ED ! Can you see the impotence of not pedaling misinformation. Anyway, let's leave it at that. Mizzy
  15. Don't worry Spikey, it's not important because they don't represent ED or Razbam and I doubt they will get involved in speculation or giving out confidential information, it certainly doesn't change anything. The two you mentioned don't know what's going on either, I suspect they have been fed a shaggy dog story by the owners of Razbam. It's all speculation and no harm done. Mizzy
  16. Indeed, making a public statement expressing the value of their customer base then saying they are not going to support their products sound a bit oxymoron. As far as it has been public, this is about IP theft and nothing to do with withholding payments. The theft may well be a consequence of withholding payments but Razbam have clearly not told the truth about the dispute. This is what is making me angry about this, also the SA map not being developed by Razbam but bringing that development team into their <profanity>show...and don't forget Heatblur being dragged in. I don't bother with any Razbam products, I'm going to buy the SA map since I now know it's nothing to do with them but I can just imagine if the F4e and F14 was pulled compared to the F15e ! Unforgivable using their customer base as leverage in what should have remained a private business spat. The damage is beyond repair for Razbam products now and in the future, so that is why I cannot see Razbam remaining a developer for DCS and by contractual agreement, their products are brought in-house by ED to be repaired. I don't do any fighting in DCS so it's not really important all this radar thing, I just like the aircraft and the Professional Flight models which you can't get in any other sim right now. Mizzy It's your comment about 'hush payments' that I am querying, do you have any official or unofficial evidence of this?
  17. Really ! I thought Razbam developed the module and ED sells it on their behalf, just like all publishers do in business Do you have inside information, where has this been confirmed?
  18. So Razbam don't have to fulfill their part of the Contract? A bit one sided isn't it? Bye
  19. Good night everyone and pleasant dreams x Mizzy
  20. corvey, the moderators have made it clear, we must wait and stop speculating. I feel your frustration but this new thread is NOT to be turned into the last one. Take care. Mizzy
  21. And my apologies for getting pissed off when it was unnecessary. I am passionate about DCS and how far it has come since my first registration here back in 2005, yes I go back that far. Best wishes Mizzy
  22. Last resort but you are now on it I don't really, but I am quite an emotional type of person and can get a bit riled with some people's ignorance, entertaining as it is I'm actually writing my Son's application for his software engineer degree apprenticeship while intermittently reading this. One never knows, he may one day be doing some coding for ED, at least he knows his IP will be safe with them Mizzy
  23. Agreed as long as they don't start harassing you it's ok ! Mizzy
  24. Reported harassment, goodbye for the second and final time.
