It's been ages since the new 'Edge' clouds were announced. I know computers were not up to standard two years ago but now have new generation graphic cards and RAM etc. Why are clouds so important to me? Because they are the most natural things in the air and when they look naff, well...err it speaks for itself. Mizzy

Firstly, so what you are saying, stop DCS developing new features and everything stands still until it's to your liking? OR the developers work to the current specifications of DCS and finish what they planned ...oh and advertise it as finished until DCS introduce new developments and the module is out of date ? Modules and DCS are in continual development, as you can see changes are made on a weekly basis. As far as 'EA' is concerned, find another flight simulator that makes military aircraft to 'EA' level let alone so called finished !! Take a look at the Mig21, they are still making changes to a 'finished' aircraft due to the advancement of DCS. Lastly, every piece of software will have some bugs, it's human error so you will be waiting for hell to freeze over if you are expecting ANY software to be in a 100% elusive state. Mizzy

Each to their own :) Just because I have no interest in combat and never have) doesn't mean I don't switch everything on that there is to fiddle on with. That's why I like the idea that DCS is expanding it's 'C' word to 'commercial' aircraft. Anyway, the point being that there is a small minority that bash Razbam ferociously and go on and on about subjects they have no experience of. It's kind of important to people that want to develop high fidelity aircraft in a commercial/combat flight sim. You should have quoted Billy Madison, it's got be more humorous than the flight sim jockies pretending they know how a fighter jet works and how they should fly !! Now that's funny stuff to read. RazBam are a very good developer and more than capable of making modules for DCS. There are a few (minority) silly arses on the internet who turn into keyboard warriors after dark when the wives have tucked them in bed out of harms way, but no, they must take their phones to bed and moan at the world. I have both the Harrier and the Mirage and had no issues with them at all. A few things missing for combat thingy stuff but since I don't fight in DCS it's never been a problem. Razbam are a good dedicated team that have take a lot of 'sh*&' for nothing and the only people that complain about them tend to complain period If this has upset someone...tough !! Mizzy

All the Belsimtek modules are top notch with no bugs as such. They are finished modules and you can tell !! Mizzy

On the Su27, there is a graphical error that seems to be not an issue!! I have identified this many months ago and it seems it's just no important ! I have asked many times is this going to be corrected and it seems not. !! Take a look !! This graphic error has been neglected for a long time and it really does need attention. Sorry to have to bring it up time and time again ! Mizzy

I still use a GTX 1070 card, is this enough to run the F-14 ? My cpu is a i7 6000 something and my RAM is 32 gig . I don't play online or fight anything, I just fly around and use navigation to get from A to B if this makes a difference. Is my GC still relevant ? Mizzy

It would be nice if someone could list all hardware in DCS according to time frame so if anyone wants to creat a mission in a particular times scale, they can reference it here. I want to make a mission in the 1960s but I have no idea what unit's in DCS are from that era !! Does my idea have merit ? Mizzy

Can't find the button which says 'report' !!

There's no pleasing some people.

I have been putting them in Saved games folder on my C drive although my installed game is on another drive. They worked before the update but not now. The one I use the most is the Civil aircraft mod and the VSN stuff along with some ships and stuff. Thanks for the help. Mizzy

Ahh thanks, they are not working for me but as stated they obviously do work !!

Where do you shove them now ?

As the title says, do mods not work with 2.5.4 ? Also why is there not night lighting in the cockpit in external view ? They used to have it years ago but not anymore. Thank you. Mizzy
