No disrespect but I have said this for over 20 odd years..ready ? ..How do you know what any aircraft fly's like if you have never flown an aircraft let alone a Mig 29. We don't have a clue, it's only based on an individuals ignorant perception what THEY think it should fly like.. No harm meant, just let's get real and leave it to people that have the intelligence to work these things out without divulging classified data and making it a military offense. The real FM is out there but I will have to kill you after you found it !! Mizzy

If you read this section on the new Mig 29 FM as there are a few, you will see it is a common theme about landing this Mig 29, it's a bitch pardon my language but I said the same thing !! I thought it was impossible to land this little bitch but it's all practice. !! Mizzy

Thank you Ironhand, nice to see we are still alive after near 20 years matey:-) Yes it's actually the best airframe to fly at the moment for me as I don't fight just fly around as I always have. It's brilliant though ! so much more challenging!! Mizzy

I am just wondering if the new Mig 29 FM is a new 'super fidelity' PFM and a test bed for future or retro/Current PFMs. The reason I say this is because it is so different to all the other Jet PFMs !! Mizzy

Precisely although this part of the game (sorry simulation) doesn't bother me because I don't fight and I don't play online although that may change after 20 years LOL ! Mizzy

Understood, it happens but at least the developers aim to fix it ..not like the Su27 graphic problem I have highlighted several times but ED doesn't consider it a problem they have to fix. No worries, I will support ED/TFC regardless as they know I always have. Mizzy

Don't bother with Steam. DCS works way better direct and you don't have any waiting to do. Just purchase everything direct with ED. I don't even know why ED bother with Steam. Mizzy

To be expected, of course FMs are classified, we can't have a PC simulation for commercial gain giving away military secrets can we !! Mizzy

That's exactly what it did at Waddington, straight up ..but, I was in the air at about 300 kph and pulled back the stick with full AB and it did the same thing at low speed.. I was just wondering what it's thrust to weight ration must me ..Very impressive ! Mizzy

Yes I saw one at Waddington a while back and my Dad (R.I.P.) couldn't believe the noise of the engines when it took off and just went vertical...Vert impressive indeed !! Mizzy

If this is a 'real' FM or based on real characteristics of the jet, it's a rocket and it out turns anything else. Plus yank the stick back and it goes vertical from low speed. Can this jet really do all this ? Very impressive if it can !! Mizzy P.S. Love the new cockpit btw, been waiting forever to see the Mig 29 with a PFM !
