first of all: there is no subforum here for this map AT ALL! 2nd i constantly get this error mid flight and get kicked from the servers that run it..... any ideas?

re-flew this mission 2 times now. the AAR issue persists. i have never seen this issue in any other mission. i tried to send my wingman to both tankers. texaco and arco at the carrier. every time this bug. i also noticed another bug, that seems to persist. and maybe this is connected? when ingressing to the target and I go into the F10 comms menu, its like I have requested landing at the carrier?! at least it gives me the case3 options....and my wingman goes in VERY close formation (like when approaching the marshal stack) the rest of the mission. very strange. its like this command was somehow in the background script or something. i think it happened after I asked fuel state of the wingman

Need help timing the kiss off and break

i normally kiss off at 0.7 miles after passing the carrier and break immediately. you really need to fly a 100% correct pattern and not be fumbling around. your groove time must also be more in the 12-14 second realm to not get your wingman waved off as you are still in the FOUL area. he REALLY is flying a tight pattern and comes in quick. exit the runway immediately.... i have to rewatch a replay yet, so I don't know, now many seconds behind us the wingman starts his break, but it for sure is really quick -

Since most missions in this Campaign are 2-ship flights i wonder, if one could modify the wingman to be another player, so one could fly this campaign in a multiplayer-coop-version?! Thoughts?

Well.....it checked in finally, when 2miles from madison. seems the trigger is smaller than the initial trigger for the "you can check in" txt message

every time i check in or out of WP3/5 (egress to steel or ingress into TC) I'm in a fuel check loop with the wingman. it only stops at the next trigger workaround seems to be, to contact magic and request picture. then it stopped but I cant check in with magic. neither with keybind (I), or via F10 menue

addition: i just realized, that in the F10 radio menu are attack options. this was not clear. it was told in the tip-text, to use normal radio menu....i thought it meant, just tell wingman to engage.... would be more clear to add "look into F10 and tell wingman its target" or something like that. so my insecure acting was the direct result of this misunderstanding

another occurence in this mission. in the attack i ordered my wingman in first, because its NOT clear in the mission, who attacks what exactly. so I wanted to wait until all 3 elements are finished, before I attack myself. when I arrived, my wingman was already attacking with GUNS after his drop. i ordered him several times to to rejoin, but he never complied. i finished the fuel trucks, but he kept engaging other small targets, resulting him CRASHING in the ground..... addition 2: on the way back i get this during the intercept..... maybe because my wingman died? i have no ideanull

workaround: make sure before you launch, that the 2 other elements are in the far away section of their holding pattern. then they dive down still, but can avoid the crash as the decent is not as steep

hey im at 14 already and cant get it running. my wingmen (the 2nd wing, that launches before me!) ALWAYS crash into the ocean. The 2nd wing is also supposed to launch AFTER me, but they don't wait. they immediately start, leading to this problem I guess. they go into a high holding pattern and then dive down like maniacs once I'm in the air. I attach also a trak-file for this. I tried it 3 times now, and at least one of them hits the water! M14_wingmen bug.trk

Mission 12 - Point Blank / Some inconsistencies

Hey Nix! great work! those changes should help this mission a lot! specially the trigger zone size. as the ingress point for the bomb run is at 8.8 miles, one tends to orbit at that distance. despite some hickups like that, great campaign so far! i enjoy it a lot. -
Im at Mission 12 now. Several minor issues. - Tool Tip Popup stating, I shall be tuned into 275.000 instead pre-programmed 275.500. Radio worked with the .500 so the text is wrong - I orbited 3 times already before the "I'm in orbit" triggered. I entered orbit at 9 miles from WP6. so a normal distance. the trigger recognized me only when I was near 5 miles iirc. then the mission proceeded. - diamond flies back to main objective after the wingmal attacked the transport. detaching her FAR behind me. she also seems to not joining up again at all PD: please move to "Bugs and Problems" @Nix Mills

enjoying the campaign so far. the music, narrative, little cutscenes are really nice! but as usual, DCS AI ruins some parts. in mission 3 (the first that challenges fuel management) my wingman was on low state, so I decided to AAR on the way back to the carrier at texaco. as advised in the mission, I flew a few miles behind the tanker and told my wingman first, to AAR. he approaches, but he hovers too high and never connects. i tried it 3 times....same result. so I sent him to a divert field via "go RTB". i attach a few pics, showing the wrong plane alignment. but I guess that's a general DCS AI fuckup unfortunately

after the marked offer to get a drink, this error occured. i could just click it away, but bug is a bug also the wingman gets stuck on the deck again. this time he was at least not blocking the deck and he just could not park.....

same for me today. sluggo just burns past the tanker edit: sluggo is also stuck on the deck. so i cant even land XD foul deck and he is not moving i cant even shoot him off the deck, as he is invul so mission cant be finished...as landing is impossible

same for me....stuck at "awaiting taxi permission" flights 2xx and 4xx are totally stuck after the tomcats started from the deck
