The Kirov class cruiser Peter the Great does not fire missiles at incoming enemy aircraft, ships or missiles....but its CIWS does fire at and try to take out Anti-ship missiles And the harpoons fired from aircraft or ships hit through the target and then keep flying in circles around the targets..... Will DCS World 1.2 work on 32bit Windows XP Home edition ? 1.1.2.1 did not....... Manish

Worked like charm......The operative word is press and not hold Left control+up arrow key. Brings a whole new dimension to the game. Launch range is about 5.5 miles as seen in the TGP not more than that. Oh one more thing....I will list out keyboard steps for 1.1.1.1 in a couple of days.....I do not think I saw "press Left control+up arrow key" anywhere....... Many Thanks again..... Manish

Using version 1.1.1.1. I am able to make the maverick seeker head see what the TGP is seeing and after than I am not able to lock the maverick and fire. Would appreciate you point me in to the solution using keyboard shortcuts. I have been through the youtube videos but they are not working for me. Please help.... Manish

I get this error when I click the DCS Multiplayer Icon DCS.exe - Entry Point Not Found The procedure entry point RegGetValueA could not be located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll M.

After I create a simple mission in the editor and click fly.....it gives the progress bar which take you into the aircraft. I get a CTD at about 96% on the progress bar. Get the same CTD in the same way for Instant Action and FBP too..... Tried renaming the DCS users folder. Still getting CTD's There is no DCS.log in the Logs folder..... M.

Still getting CTD after /3GB tweak. Also I noticed that the me.log file is always sort of truncated..... Did a clean install of World and then A-10C module, both ver. 1.1.2.1, after removing A-10C and its associated files. Installed latest nvida drivers, loaded the recommended Visual C++ 2010....Turned off all the bells and whistles in graphics options....No joy...... Using WinXp Home Edition 32bit. Yes. Happening every time. The problem appears to be happening in weapon view only. I tried 97 delivery from cockpit view, it went well no ctd but when I turned around towards hit target got a ctd when the ablaze target came into view. so is it something with the flame textures/shaders ? Also how do I collect the dxdiag and crashlog outputs to upload here ? Thanks M.

This I noticed after applying the first patch. I will update my video drivers to whatever is latest and also update DX9c to whatever latest and report back. Is this a known issue ? My graphics card is Nvidia GT240 M.

Of course uninstall did'nt work. Manually deleted install folder and shortcuts. Installed Release verwsion in C:\DCS_A-10C and started A-10C as prompted. Worked like charm. Rebooted to make sure house was in order. It was. Cool..... M.

Do I download the final version and install over the beta ? Just like that ? Or Do I have to uninstall Beta install first ? M.
