A free Addon which wasnt free to begin with! You have to have F4 to install BMS correct? I can't tell you, and I don't want to know, what I have spent over the years keeping up with F4. Computer upgrades, internet service upgrades, controllers, joysticks, rudder pedals, Masterpilot (remember those?) etc. Video cards, memory, the list goes on. I have been flying it since 1999! Would I lay down $500 for a sim to start? Probably not. I can't think of what it would be or do in order for me to justify that kind of initial investment. Unless of course it comes with a motion based platform but then it would be around $20K or more wouldn't it so $500 for the sim itself probbly wouldn't be out of the question. Provided I hit the lottery and could afford it! LOL

Do customized loadouts always show up in Anti Armor category? Haven't modified many yet but they always seem to show up in the Anti Armor Category. Is this the default location or is it loadout dependant. So far I have only changed AGM-65H's and CBU's maybe thats why?

Is there a way to create custom loadouts and have them show up in Multi Player games? I apologize if this has already been asked and if it has could someone point me to the thread? Thanks

Welcome to the forums and Black Shark. As well as reviewing the thread above I would recommend going here http://www.scsimulations.com and downloading the Helios software. In addition to the Schval and Abris you can display panels too. You will get plenty of help here and in the Forums over at Scsimulations. I you additional help and are on EST time you can pop on our TSpeak server and I can walk you through some of it. The server is at http://www.16thaccw.com/j/ PM me and we can set up a date and time.

Sorry you can't get them over a network but an alternative would be to get a video card that has two outputs. Mine has a DVI and D-SUB outputs so I can connect two monitors. Then you can use Helios to display them on the second monitor. Helios can be found here http://www.scsimulations.com

Get Helios and run it on networked computer. You cant get displays like MFDs and Abris or Schval on th other computer but you can display gauges and switches.

Haven't run Helios yet. Followed the steps in the thread and things were working well at first. Then suddenly the cockpit strarted to span both monitors and the MonitorSetup file I renamed WidowBS2 stopped showing up in the Screens listed in the Options in BS2. Instead there is a MFCD listed and no WidowBS2. I checked in the directory for it and WidowBS2 is there but MFCD is not! What gives?

Edited my Options.lua and set width to 2944 now things get displayed on the second monitor. After editng the MonitorSetup lua things started to come together when all of a sudden the Cockpit started to be displayed across both monitors and my Screen file quit showing up in the Optionns menu in BS2. Does this sound like the Phantom Monitor problem and how do I fix it?

Edited the lua file and placed it in the MonitorSetup folder. Started the game and went to Options and tried to slect it for Screen and Spikes setup showed up in the list? UPDATE: Ooops I saved the file as WidowBS2 but didnt chande the "name" in the file. Fixed that but still not getting anything on the second monitor.

Thanks for now just the Schval and Abris on my 1024X768 screen. Baby steps... I have edited the lus file for my monitor but how do I edit your profile to fit my setup? My second monitor is to the right of my first monitor. When I open you profile to copy and past the panels most of it is covered in red probably due to your second screen being below your first. UPDATE: Changed my setup to show my second below the first and it still showed up red most likely due to the differance in size of my second monitor. I will try to switch mine around so I can view your profile on what would be my larger monitor, then copy and paste back to my smaller one. Hope this works. UPDATE: Well that didnt work. Dont know how to change my monitors around, my second monitor is still the smaller one.

I have very limited experiance with Helios and A10c and now I want to set up BS2 the only problem is WHERE DO I START? I have browsed the thread on BS and Multi Monitors and now I am TOTALLY confused. Do I edit one of the existing Monitor Setup files or create my own? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a main monitor 1920X1080 and secondary 1024X768. What do I do first aside from the profile. I know how to cut and paste from others profiles but no idea how to get the displays on my second monitor.

I thought you were being sarcastic so I have to apologize cause it worked! Simply turning it off does hide it but I was hoping there was a better way. I will have to look into the method posted in this thread. Does it remove the panel from view when you do that? I am not very comfortable editing .lua files though!

Does simply turning it off hide it from view? I will have to try that, I didn't think it would hide it though. It takes up a lot of the screen in the no cockpit view! Resizing it may help but I am not comfortable editing .lua files!

Is it possible to hide the ABRIS in the no cockpit view (Alt-F1)? Thanks

I had a problem with certain key commands not working. I tried changing assignments in the Options but still they wouldn't work in game or with my keyboard. If you change the assigned keys and they still dont work I would try what fixed mine. Go to your users saved game files folder and rename youyr DCS Warthog folder so you can restore it if necessary. Then restart the game and it will recreate it for you. You will have to redo all your settings as this will put you back to the default settings. Hope this helps.

I belive you have to use the CICU to input them. I am not at my puter at the moment but from memory you have to turn the dials to Steer and ?. I know both will be point straight forward. Then click on the "waypoint" button and th "L/L" and it will change to MS or something. You then click on the next available waypoint button and then input the MN 41135 80457 without the spaces using the keypad on the CICU like this MN113580457 then click on the button on the left I believe second from the bottom. Then switch your steerpont to the one you input and you should be ready to go. Hope this helps

Downloaded the patch and the setup-1.bin came up as setup-3.bin after renaming it back to 1 it installed just fine.
