Hi, for me satellite views and photogrametry is the future of video games, designing a synthetic rendering would be a hell of a step backwards, like orher maps ! Also, trees rendering in SA should be more realistic, and less synthetic -

Hi, I use a personal sound mod for the M2KC that I don't share because it is still evolving. Sound is a very important subject. From time to time I come back to the original sounds of the module, and I am more convinced of it compared to its release a few months ago. I understood that it was developed seriously and that the effort was mainly made with ground crew feedback. I will however be very happy to see that this work can be improved by razbam in future updates, it's fun to make your own updates but it's always nice to have them officially I think.

Hi Barthek, For me, yesterday's tests gives better feeling, fields tonality looks awesome, especially on the last chute pic ! Did you plan to turn down the purple colour from roads and curbs ? -

Hi, I can confirm my opinion on this map after various tests, the colors are definitely unrealistics and the general look very (too) close to Normandy 1, a real cartoon effect, it is not serious in my opinion, and expensive paid for the degres of fidelity that it represents. -

Hi, nice to hear. I will try with another settings (I know very well how to gamma and Reshade...) I don't give up, but if nothing changes for me I will post a screenshot of which seems to me clearly insufficient. -

Hi, I bought this map and I shouldn't. Trial has expired for me with the Normandy 1 map, so I couldn't test Normandie 2. Be careful about the graphic rendering of this work: the promotial videos definitly transform reality adding post treatement and cool effects. The map Has more 3d objects Paris, London, ok why not.., but what happened to the over saturated grass and tree colour of Normandie 1 ?Nothing ! Seriously, I was disapointed by the lack of senvitivity out there. Grass and trees represent almost 95% of the map texturing. I feel srewed up after buying this map for this reason. We are in 2023, Come one ! -
Hi, Perfomance issues for me: Takeoff is ok, flying above 2000feets for 2minutes (80fps), going back to ground at 1000-600feets fps sudently drops (15-20fps). When I fly up to 1000feets full fps goes back in one second. Seems to appear everywhere on the map. Syria, Mariana, Nevada, Channel are fine and perfectly smooth on my system. Please consider that this issue keeps the map unplayable after few minutes. This terrain is more than 6 month old, please fix it ! Bug known from many users now. Thank you.

Thanks, I removed it from the .zip, not important. You should try the entire sound package in game: some samples are mixed to create correct overall tonalities.

Hi, there is a subtle nozzle or resonance like sound before switching too full throttle. Very audible on 2000's. (Pure passion). Maybe you should ask the crew what it is, could be easily reproduced in game to be close to reality. For example: Stan

Simply replace the files in your respective Mods and Coremods folders. Not in saved game, but eagle dynamics..

Those files are created by default, probably because I used a mac to edit de tracks, this is not helpful at all. Did you try those samples in game ?

Hi all, hi Razbam, Many thanks for all the good works you did on this module. I think you are on the good way with the short video of WIP you share us ! Promising... I felt disappointed with the last sound update like many users. The feeling of lake of energy, "dry" and "dense blast" sound of fighter jets is missing. For me, the new "engine sound engine" is a good thing, and I can deal with it it editing "thrust" "afterburner" and "compressor flow 50". I shared a personal sound mod in user files edited on 31/12/2022 and called Easy M-2000C sound mod. I invite you to test it. Please keep us informed with last works in progress, we love this ! I think we can help with our sensitivity and intuitive process.
