OK I ran a repair for DCS and it didn't help unfortunately. I could narrow it down to the MT version though. Jester shows up fine for me when running DCS in ST.

I'm having exactly the same issue here on Open Beta MT version. This isn't new to DCS 2.9 though. I already experienced it earlier. Will perform a DCS repair tonight and report back if that fixes it.

I'm using vjoy (+UJR) to emulate my sim racing pedals as rudder pedals in DCS and they work fine in the F14 as well. Not sure where the "vjoy not working with the F14" stuff is coming from.

And this is the specific one for the F-14- Regarding your "stuck in the RIO seat" issue, make sure your controls/bindings are correct. The RIO has a whole separate control config table in control settings. You need to check both "F14 Pilot" and "F14 RIO" key bindings. So if you want to switch from RIO to pilot seat, the "switch to pilot seat" (don't know the correct name) function must be bound in the RIO key bindings. Otherwise you're stuck as you described.

Most of the time (DL)DSR and DLSS are used simultaneously to compensate for the lack of a DLAA option, which not many games support natively. Often times this is done since DLAA is a much better AA solution comapred to TAA for example. Since DCS already supports DLAA out of the box, there's not too much use for that method. For example, 1440p + 2.25 (DL)DSR + DLSS Quality = 1440p, which is identical to 1440p + DLAA resolution and AA wise. But the latter one most likely provides better performance.
