I joined a few lads feom yputube the other day on multiplayer. For the fist time. Had a great time. However i want a vpn. Is the advisory for online with dcs? If so which is the best / easiest to use

Mines windows 11, not pro as far as im aware. The computer shop said disabling the update will not stop my fire wall working. And still seems to work

I had windows 11 disabled from carrying out its automatic update so hopefully all ok now for a while until i decide what to do. Pimax crytal light??? Or too many horror stories

ah yes i found it.. rite... next question... i already have a mission created and Switzerland wasn't in either blue nor Red.. how do i edit my mission to have Switzerland in the blue side of my existing mission from top drop downs next to file / edit etc?

When i change the country to sweeden the livery on my fa18c it stays as USA?? Am i missing something? Or do i need to add a MOD Livery?

Does Windows update automatically? I was thinking of upgrading tobthe Pimax Crystal Light if its any good. But wont be until begining of next year or around Christmas time

i heard it was soon to be at the end but i disnt realise if you updated your windows 11 in October update the reverb will not work for windows 11 users. Glad i found this video

should i proceed, ive not seen this message before? i downloaded 2 x F16 \liveries and installed them then this came up when i tried to re launch DCS as i wasnt sure i deleted the 2 F16C liveries and it still comes up. wasnt sure if i should proceed or not null

Ill have to try and figure this out. Trying to do it in vr is hard when you need to referr to something at the time i real life haha. Im in the fa18 moat of the time. Ill have a look. Also i take it the base frequency is the mhz at the end of the runway on the f10 map Ah yes thats makes sence. However not something i thought of. Ibtried to contact the tower from the airbase i took off from and had no response, on approach i sore 2 jets lined up to take off last second lol and had to go around

Just curious on mission editor "create mission" when trying to land at a / or any airbase - when i hit comminications menu, ATC,select air base locally, request azimuth or select inbound... why dont i get any response? Same on request take off, i get no response Same on super carrier... no response. However the one time i was getting loads of chatter when in bound to the carrier getting told to wave off etc. The next time i got nothing back at all Am i doing something wrong?

all new shortcuts sorted, clean up and repair completed. just to get the time now to see which MOD was the issue. thank you to those who have helped

Ive moved my mods. Gone to repair and it says this as attached My DCS was on the C Drive but when i needed a bigger m.2 drive the DCS main core game was moved to D drive onto the 4 Tb m.2 i think the repair shotcut is still looking at c drive. Would this be the case to why i cannot repair currently? Sorry for the poor image i had to take photo onmy phone as i had to rush out

Ill try this. Im sure i had issues last time getting it to work in saved games last time however i will try this. How long does a repair take usually. Hope i do it correct. I dont want to mess anything up

My dcs is on D Drive in its 4tb m.2 and my saved games is on my C Drive 2Tb m.2. In C drive / User/ name/ saved games/ DCS/ Mods/ Aircraft Therr isnt an F16 in there, do i need to add it into there?

Hiya yeah all my MOds are in the saved games mods location. The only one on the main dcs aircraft liveries is the Alabama red tails livery. In the read me file it says to add it to the main dcs f16c liveries

Sorry for the late reply. Been away for work. Do i also need to delete skin mod for the F16C which was saved into the main DCS file for the f16. Am i ok to copy the mod folder to a folder on the desktop, then delete the folders in the Mod folder. Once and if i managed to carry out my first DCS repair. Do i just copy the mods back into the mod folder

Will i be ok to add the mods back on again or are they going to be a problem again? Also is it easy to run a repair?
