I've done some digging found todays logs in a different area. yes it works fine on the instant action side of things, i created a free flight mission a while ago in create mission, its always been fine. i changed my aircraft from my usual FA18C to my new F16C to have a blast and it kept crashing before i could take off, the VR went black and on the main monitor DCS had froze, it then eventually says DCS is not responding... do you want to wait for DCS to respond .. or close down. i then went onto instant action and all seemed fine??? see new attachment with new logs in dcs.log dcs.log

Yeah thats the one i attached above. All of my DCS was on the C drive, but when i had a storage issue thr main core DCS was moved to D drive to a 4Tb designated drive. The C drive stall contains - user/ saved games/ directory The log i attqched was from the c drive Saved games as requested. Ill have a look again and see what it says date wise

I litrally went into Saved games / dcs / logs folder single file called dcs Copied and paste to this thread. I didnt look at that no i will have a look. The saved games folder is on my I had a new 4 tb wd Black installed and DCS moved to that.. that may explain it. However theres no saved games folder that i can see in D Drive?

it seems to work on instant action fine, it seems to be crashing on my create mission file that i tried to play hopefully this helps dont think its over clocked, its straight from the pc Builders last year dcs.log

is there any known issues at the moment my system keeps crashing? system rtx 4090 Ryzen 7 7800x3d 2 x 16 GB Corsaire 1x 2 tb M.2 1x 4 Tb M.2 HP Reverb G2 its only been happening since i purchased the F16c about 3 days ago. P.S im new to pc's so go easy im no computer wiz

Does adding it to the main DCS core mod cause any issues?

Hi all i deleted my home screen Dcs forum app and re installed whixh fixed the issue. Its straing because i couldnt access it from searching via Google but now seems all ok.

No i dont use taptalk. Its only started doing this since yesterday. Does it with Wifi on/off and using data only.

Hiya, it only appears to be happening on the app on my phone. Its never done this before now just wont let me purchase. The phone is an android and works along side Google. If i go onto your news letter and click the link to the summer sale i can get onto the aircraft to buy. However if i go onto the forum page via the my phone and then click top left in "DCS" in the attached it crashes within about 5 seconds and takes me straight back to my phones home screen. Strange as this has never done this before

Hi all does anyone else keep getting kicked out once accessing the site? If i also go to the DCS Forum on my App on my Android phone its fine but then if i click DCS top left on thr app to bring up the areas where you can purchase the good from it crashes. Any ideas?

I searched for Tornado, a few downloads come up. One skin mod for the Tornado shows desert Pink for the Tornado but shows a different aircraft

Cheers bud, i did see a tornado desert pink mod ive downloaded it from the user files area on DCS, but no matter where i add it nothing happens. When im back in front of the Pc ill add it on here so you can see. And if im doing sonething wrong

Yeah so when i sit in the F4 Phantom vs say the f15e or Fa18C the phantom has a more realistic look to the cockpit.. i assume this is die to the makers adding in more ware and dust? Different makers. I use the f18 90% of the time as ive learnt more in this so far. But i wanted to purchase the f16 only i wasnt sure how realistic it was compared. I use hp reverb g2 VR. Some videos online look great. Some look really fake not realistic. That said i assume its depending on there setup/ settings. Im running a 4090 system and ryzen 7 7800x3d.

The display icons gone missing whith all of the colour adjustments in. Any ideas? Screenshot is the info missing.

How realistic is the f16? In the way of visuals aswell? Detail wise as its quite an old model now isnt it? Ill also have a look at the a10 to see what i think.

Do they do a trial on the a10c? Before you buy. Might have to invest.

To all those, what do you think is the most realistic Aircraft in DCS? I have the fa18c, f15E, F4 phantom, spit fire. Peronally i think the phantom is visually the wow factor in VR also. What would you think out of all DCS air craft not just those mentioned above
