Ah ok do you need to setup voice chat? If so is it easy? Reason i ask is ive flown with a few lads in the past to carry out carrier landings o a server they directed me to and we juat used discord open mic

Yeah i looked at this but then thought i couldnt comit due to my work and busy home life. What is a 4YA server? And do they have servers for the jets as well? Are they a join etc and no comitment server

When i get chance to get on the pc to have a mess on DCS i find myself doing the same things in create mission or just flying around. This can get quite boring on your own. Id like to fly with some people to waken things up when i get free time. Is there anyone who is in the same boat

all sorted thank you all is there only 1 Livery for this so far as i only have this option across all the super Hornets

just got round to trying to sort this, again ive been met with the pop up as to what programme to open this Lua with, what does every one use as theres nothing to open / view the Lua file with on mine

the problem i have now is this issue, it wont load into any mission / mission editor so as above ive gone to the Herc mod, double clicked on the Entry.Lua and i get this pop up on the left. i dont have anything on my system to open it. what is the best place to open it with? messing with Lua info is new to me so bare with also

Just started the download. I also have the herc mod. Should this mod work straight away or will i be expecting conflics? Sorry fairly new to all of this

Ok great stuff so on page 1, i assume thr new upto date folder is there and we juat unzip the full folder into saved games folder

I know the pimax crystal light is a different unit. But my Hp reverb using openxr in the 4090 and 7800X3d does well on the fps. As far as im aware im not using quad views either

What are the quad views? Did you mean you would have thought id get the same if not better than the g2 or i would struggle?

Totally agree mate. I think this would be a great Map. I know theres no war zone here but could be great for training areas and refuleing as they do all the time over the north sea. Then theres the live weapons range they all use at Raf Holbeach live air weapons range for training.

With all uk bases and north sea to carry out training and air to air refuleing. Thia would be good for the F15 from Rad Lakenheath and when the Eurofighter comes out could be used from raf conigsby and scotland

With my G2 on my 4090 & 7800x3d i can run qeverything pretty much maxed out with shadows on and still get between 70 & 90 fps in the air but about 45 / 55 on the ground. If i kept the same settings on the pimax would i struggle to get the same game play and fps?

Yeah see this is what makes ne Nervous about the pimax. I dont know enough about the Vr's just want a very clear visual better than the Hp reverb G2 if im going to buy a new one and i want it to have a cable wired VR for better visuals

How long have you had the headset for and how oftwn do you use it? Compared to the G2 when looking throught the pinax lenses, is there any strain or cross eye effect or barrel feeling like alot of people say? Or do they have faulty units? Cheers

Ok all currently running a hp reverb G2 with a 4090 and 7800X3D Im happy with the Reverb but when all stops working what would you think would be a sensible upgrade / replacement? I have my eyes on the Pimax Crystal Light - but what bothers me is.. if i order and wait and then get a duff unit ill be really annoyed. Or if i have one its all ok then 6 months down the line it has a fault. Also would like the Dmas ear phones but there never in stock either. Tell me your thoughts
