  1. I’d love to see the Russian core AI assets get reworked models. MiG-23,25,27 Su-30 Russian naval assets. DCS world is a gorgeous flight sim but these models are so dated it’s painful to see them in the simulator at times. Some nice new liveries for them too (for nations which utilise the airframes/ships would be great too).

  3. Yes, get the CWS addition, or otherwise just load up a quick mission with the Su-33 when you first load DCS and then the Su-30 will work fine. It needs those files to have been loaded (a change made a while back to FC based mods)
  4. Thanks for investigating and testing @ERIC, how do I get an AI plane to fire (one that isn’t a wingman in your formation)? As it seems from your video that you gave an “engage bandits” order for them to be able to fire
  5. Hi, I'm not sure that has fixed it. I still have AI firing issues. I don't know if it is linked to the fact that when I fly the jet the Meteor and the MICA NG do not have max or no escape ranges. I have to use the launch authorisation override to fire them every time. I can only imagine therefore that if that is the case, the AI will never know it is in range to fire and so doesn't. Does anyone else find this to be case or is it just me? Its a shame as I think that the airframe is lovely and the mod is generally really well done.

  13. There’s already a pretty decent Kirov out there in the user files. Much better looking than the core game asset
  14. This looks and sounds amazing! Thank you both! @Beldin, to make the Type 23 weapon appropriate for the 80s, presumably it’s just a LUA swap of Sea Ceptor to Sea Wolf? If so, can the two mods co-exist or would they conflict? Asking for my own learning as much as anything.
