Well, like I said. I don't have the problem when I am in Persian Gulf. So it seems a scenery problem, and within that, aircraft in the scenery have the HUD offset issues. It was never like this. It is a few recent updates now that this problem occurs.

Ok it seems this HUD offset issue occurs on the F-18 as well. However, it snaps back in place after some point, but then goes off again. Really can't say whether if this is due to scenery or aircraft bugs. When I'm in the Persian Gulf, I have no issues at all with anything.

Ok, I'll check that tonight. Thanks. Is there a way to then disable crosswind or any wind? Hiya, where is the cage/uncage in the F-16? Also, forgot to mention. Last night at some point, I noticed the compass on the HUD stopped working, and was stuck at 88 degrees, no matter which way I turned to. Definitely a bug there... I will check that again tonight though.

I don't have the problem with the F-18 or others though, it's only with the F-16 it seems. My dad has noticed the same issue from his end as well. Here are recent pictures of my HUD display. One from yesterday, one from the other day. I really don't think it's crosswind. Else it would occur with the other planes too, I'd think.

You can see that it's off in this screenshot. The direction pointer isn't centered.

By the way, is there a way to change smoke colors on the fly? I have seen this done in air shows. I have been searching for this, but couldn't find anything about it.

I'm having the same issue with the F-16 in Georgia before take off, but in PG (Persian Gulf) no problems. Why is this? It's so weird. It's happened in the past as well with the F-18 too.

Y'all, the smoke was amazing! Holy smokes! The white doesn't show up as well as the orange and yellow. I have not tried the red, green and blue yet. Is there a density setting to make the light colors show up more? The white one needs it most imho. I really had a great time with it though. Thank you for helping me in activating it. I have a key bind set, but thinking to use a joystick button instead.

Cool, thanks. So as mentioned earlier then : keybinds -> smoke generator on/off bind it somewhere to toggle it on and off add it to the aircraft by rearming the smokepod

Hey all, just got caught up on this topic. So, is this air show smoke a mod I need to download or something, or does it already have, and needs to be activated? Really would love to use it.

I feel that the shadows on the mountains in Nevada are too dark and artificial. Could this be improved? Make them like the mountain shadows in PG, which look natural? Other than that I love the scenery of the strip in Vegas.

Not sure where in the forum to fit this, but just wanted to know if there's been changes to the F-16. I have noticed yesterday and the other day that I can no longer cold start it the way I used to, which was the battery, then another switch (forgot the name), and then the couple of switches at the right side panel. It used to be really easy! Now it's like I'm missing something, and needing more. I don't know the new procedure so am just using Win + Home. Is there a simple procedure? I miss the old cold start up . Loving the sound of the engine though, which seems an upgrade

Ugh, Monday yet again! Lol aw well. On the bright side, I thought to share this screen shot with y'all. I am at about 25 degree angle here, and have tried to balance that! I carried on for probably a good couple of minutes. At one point I could even go completely vertical. Thanks to the video I saw and shared, I had these switches on : - FLT TEST - a silver switch next to two orange (or whatever colors they are lol) switches. Not sure how this helps with achieving the cobra maneuver though...

Yeah I get that. Glad you're doing much better. I'm having a hard time doing the cobra maneuver with it. Seems it's not as flexible as the F-18 or Su-33. Maybe it's me...
