  1. You need to request access to the Beta portion of forums via the linked info http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=61793
  2. Conure, LALT+C is probably what you're looking for to use the mouse to view. Also note that unlike in BS you cannot click while using the mouse to move POV.(atleast I haven't found a way to) As for your game running smoother do you have mirrors on/off in BS/A10? Also know that in BS your game is also rendering the blades most times too as they're whirling-to include whatever dust they might be generating. 9 times out of 10 you're also flying alot lower than in the A10. Personally I don't really seem to have any problems with running either unless I'm near water in A10 and it runs just as smooth as BS does. Both on near full graphics minus HDR/TSSA.
  3. Glad I could help.
  4. If you hold down any of the OSD buttons (ie TGP on the left MFCD) it'll flip to the selection screen which from there has "load" press "Load"(middle right I believe) then click any of the lower selection buttons at the buttom. This will replace that buttons operation. From there press load again and it will take you to the MFCD DTS Load screen which you can then reload your DSMS. I accidently started a mission off with the incorrect load. I noticed it after I did a full start up and loaded everything, once I reloaded everything was in it's correct spot. This process takes maybe 30 seconds to do tops. Also Frederf, from what I've noticed when manually entering weapon data the weapon stations "detect" their store.
  5. Which training missions are you refering to. I've been able to load all of them up just fine. I know in Beta 2 the Landing was inop but with beta 3 I've had all missions operational.
  6. Like what Gearbox said about dropping the external tanks when entering combat. Most external tanks are built to be retreivable and also refered to as "Drop Tanks". It was more-so on the prop fighters so they could go the distance on externals, drop, fight, then RTB(or other location). But having those tanks on creates extra drag which would be the last thing you want if you get engaged and need to avoid something/someone on your tail. With the A10(any) it's already flying tank as is, anything to reduce that drag and allow less resistance and be abit more agile helps. Besides, the last thing I would want to do is bring those fuel tanks into a combat situation incase a highpowered round does strike the tank and create an explosion of any sort. Any less hazard is a pilots best hope.
  7. I had this problem once before in Beta 2. If I started on the ramp and had the throttle even slightly up it wouldn't allow me to start the engines even after I brought the axis (and keyboard command) back to no throttle. Once I figured out my throttle wasn't fully returning to the "0%" position it's been working fine ever since. I would suggest double checking your joystick calibration and possibly profile. For whatever reason my profile was only giving me a window of 65% total axis use. Like previously said, the virtual throttles are 'locked' in the off position even if your axis or input commands aren't.
