    Seems to be the AIM-9M+ HALM Seeker that adds 90 degree off bore sight capability to 9Ms along with singificantly increasing seeker range and slew rate.     Heres some more images of the R-27EP, from what ive found its mostly carried by the Su-34 as a defensive armament. And from asking some Russian pilots, they seem to see R-27EPs about as common as R-77-1s on Su-34s. And R-27EA looks like this btw, it has a longer nose cone than the R-27ER
