Bingo. After switching to ICS on the SPU-8 panel, the ground power disconnection (off) works after starting the APU. Interestingly, BEFORE starting the APU, the switch can remain in the Radio position to request ground power connection (on).

Hopefully we'll see more updates and fixes throughout the year.

But if I want to disconnect after turning on the APU, it doesn't work. I tried disconnecting after starting the engines and that didn't work either.
