Hi everyone, Work goes on with adding all missing instruments and details to the cockpit. Please understand I'm at the 3D job now, textures will come later. The last shot is from the copiot point of view.

small update, Finally I decided to make a "Viviane" first, then an export version with gun and rockets, and then a "Mistral" one. Here are some screenshots of the first 3D screws and rivets ... still a lot of job to do.

Hi, @Aginor, old GIAT M621 20mm Gun, The explosions are the game's ones, I didn't change anything with them The Gun recoil effect has been parametered so I can controll it, just to set the best amount The missiles don't involve any recoil (my own point of view), I'll have to get confirmation from real pilots @Shagrat, no auto hover, just a stability augmentation system with all axis not trimmed (to 0), the trim system is like the ka-50 at the moment (move the stick in position and press the key/button) For aerobatic manoeuvers (looping, complete roll ...) one will have to switch the "Autopilot" (much more like a stability augmentation system) OFF The yaw axis of the SAS also deals with the rotor counter-moment for you Really challenging flying without the SAS, Fortunately you can activate/deactivate axis one by one

Hello everyone, Just a little word to let you know the project still goes on and will benefit the last DCS improvements. Some of you may have noticed I'm involved with some other DCS project, that's what allowed me to access the tools to bring the gazelle to its best level. Giving one hand and getting from the other, life goes like that. Now it's a question of time.... Thanks for your support.

Nice, The project still goes on, I need time. Every part of the mod (3D, coding) is in progress from a daily basis. I'm not alone now to work on the gazelle. In my case silence means work. Everyone can guess it's very time consuming. Thanks for your interest.

Just three pics to show how it's long to get things. 3D external model only, The rear part has been reworked and polished. Next will be the front part. Good new, it's flying with my own flight model. But no sound (I mean Gazelle specific) unfortunately, maybe ED ... 1.2.512 ....

Several persons are involved in this project now concerning textures, sounds and flight model. I also got support from real life pilots. There's still some work to do before getting a decent showable alpha. When at this point, I hope there will be people to found an official team and go further. Cheers.

Sammy, I flew the gazelle with the ka-50 fm and cockpit a long time ago, even played the medvedev campaign with the gazelle, firing hot missiles and gun. Since I flew the gazelle with its own cockpit, I can't go back to the ka50 cockpit, it would be so much frustating. As a small update I should say the engine starting procedure is working as it should (with the gauges, levers and buttons working) and half the whole functionality done. I'm dealing with the flight model now.
