So I played original LOMAC and FC pretty intensly and I am now just getting back into the swing of things...butttttttt I am having a bit of difficulty.
I am noticing when flying head on I am losing lock of my targets quite frequently. In TWS mode I constantly makesure my radar antennas are are the appropraite angels as I get closer and if they shift elevation. However, right at the must critical moment I lose lock. Or if I'm launching an Aim-7 I lose lock for no reason I can think of.
in STT Mode I still lose lock.
I cannot figure it out. I understand why if they start to beam or F-Pole. But the majority of times it is when they are flying straight at me!
I've searched a few posts and they all address people beaming or F-poling, which is not the case here.
