I would recommend to try enabling Compressor option in SimShaker Sound Module to prevent severe clipping while multiple effects are active at the same time.

In such a case you can try to enable ASIO manually in SimShaker Sound Module config file for 1 channel. Please refer to my how-to picture attached. When I tested it at my system I have to switch audio connector at the ButtKicker amp to find a proper channel where the audio was playing.

I would recommend to use SimShaker Sound Module max. channel setting accordingly to your transducers number. VAIO setup related things are mostly out of my scope. I provide the addon which plays low frequency samples via dedicated sound output device to feed your transducers by SimShaker for Aviators commands. I'm not sure we could really find it somewhere. I think SSA or SSM log for a brief mission (start at the runway and shutdown the engine) would be helpful.

I think those missed samples are intended for more precise g feeling effect which targeted to vibrating pads only, not for bass-shakers. In SimShaker Sound Module presented h_2_0_1 sample for base effect.

Beta and stable versions are different apps. You stable version can't take beta updates.
