I have very little control on that. If the issue makes your nervous, I would recommend to consider using one of 6 motors you had working in the first JetSeat as a replacement. If I recall correctly we discussed that in January.

Thank you Neal, this is obviously not the JetSeat failure in such a case. Looks like SimShaker for Aviators software do not issue control commands to JetSeat. I can see you are already discussing that with f4l0 in SimShaker for Aviators official thread. I think that's a right decision.

Sound strange. May I see your Gametrix Control panel settings screenshot?

In this case check to be sure a black dial on the JetSeat remote control is set on High and the Sound Capture mode is ON. If still no luck, try to increase volume of the sound coming through the JetSeat. To keep your ears safe, it's recommended to use a headphones that features a volume control on it. No, I think this is a wrong idea. With USB supported games (like DCS) JetSeat is controlled via USB. The game sound is not involved at all.

First of all give those motors some good punches. In some cases they just temporarily get stuck. If still no luck, provide me with your order ID, that may be a warranty case to get replacement free of charge.

Customized seats will be available late in this year. Will it work effectively or not depends on many factors. Hard to say.

I don't have other kind of motors to offer, Tom. Most of hidden problems reveals at the first months of use and covered by the warranty. I will provide you with a video how to lubricate and the motor when I get back home. I'm sure some of those motors you alredy have coud be used.

Tom, you already have at least 6 sane spare motors from the first device, may be all the 8, since we don't know for sure wich part failed that time. That should not be hard to replace any motor in a modded seat. I can send you a replacement for the weak one. How else can I help you?

Most of the time I send replacement parts free of charge under the warranty. Weak motors mostly can be "cured" with putting a portion of silicon spray inside it. Everything can be fixed if we stop hating an make up our minds. I'm on a road till March 29, but once I get back home I will sertanly be able to help.
