Yes, I think so. SimShaker has nothing to do with game sound and chat. To be honest, this is out of my scope, I don't use neither Simple Radio nor Discord. But you can try before you buy, just install SimShaker for Aviators by f4l0 and see. I couldn't get both JetSeat working via USB. Only one of two seats work.
