  1. I would like to join in on the flight. KA-50. Formation ready. Thank you, Bast
  2. I deleted a network.vault file in the User folder in my root directory and that seemed to fix the issue for me. I am not at the computer so cant give exact file path.
  3. Similar issue here. I run a 1GB line, i7 4790 at 4.7Ghz, SSD, and GTX 1080ti. I have joined many different servers since the latest patch and experienced no stutter in some, but stutter in others. Then those same servers that were without stutter then have it. I have also noticed that the master server list does not populate after leaving a server. Good luck to all involved with finding the fix!
  4. I am experiencing stuttering too regardless of graphics settings. I am running a powerful system with a 1080ti.
  5. Hello Zeus67! Enjoying the module. Is the FPS drop solution coming in a quick fix or is this something we will have to wait till next Wednesday for?
  6. You are right. I was thinking of a stick announced by VKB-Sim.
  7. I have been holding out for the "pro" version of the stick that has more 4 way hats. Is that version still coming and if so do you have an estimated date. Thanks.
  8. Same here. It seems that instead of the aircraft doing long distant elastic banding occasionally, there are many small elastic band movements in quick succession.
  9. I haven't edited the VR Preset because I am not aware of it.
  10. D:\DCS World OpenBeta\Config\graphics.lua It is in your root install folder. Use Notepad++ or similar. I edit the Camera settings for the Medium section. From line 136 to 145 there are several ranges you can set. I have found that setting line 136 - structures = 90, 14000); to something like structures = (30, 7000); can reduce the work load on your computer and add several frames. I play with the Medium section and use it for VR, and leave High alone for regular TrackIR. With VR the edit can be great because you cant see very far anyway so why add work the your system that isnt benefiting you.
  11. In my experience, object count is one of he biggest fps killers. Editing your graphics.lua in the root folder to reduce structure render distances by more an half will improve most people's performance considerably without any noticeable issues while in VR. Avoiding over crowded servers with a lot of vehicles everywhere will improve things too. I'm pretty sure that when you hit LCtrl Pause twice you will be able to see the object count. Do what you can to get that number down.
  12. Oh and thanks for the heads-up on the new .lua file section SkateZilla, I missed that post.
  13. Reggie, once you are in game, make sure you hit L-Alt and Enter to make the the windowed screen on your desktop goes to fullscreen. This should make clicking in you cockpit much more effective.
  14. Going to the VR Tab and checking the "Use Mouse" box allows the use of the mouse in the cockpit, which I'm assuming you already know, but that doesn't completely decouple it from your head movement. As for how to completely decouple, I don't know.
  15. Derek, try my method in post #50. I have all of my VR options working perfectly. Its a pain to play with the fullscreen option but only takes a few extra seconds. I only seem to need to do it for the VR options. Oh, and once you have the mouse decoupled from the view and you are in game, make sure you L-Alt and Enter to fullscreen your game window otherwise you may run into issues when clicking things.
