  1. Hi guys, Can I say how grateful I am that the Harrier is continually improving and how much I enjoy the module, absolutely brilliant aircraft to fly around in. Is it possible to have the waypoints on the Moving Map/EHSI connected with a solid line like in most other aircraft displays?

Apologies if this item has been raised before or if I am missing something but is there a possibility of cutting down the number of Comm menus when the pilot has manually entered the frequency of the station he/she wishes to make contact with? For example, if I dial in Nellis ATC on 327.000 on COMM 1 and press my Comms key it would be more efficient to go straight to COMM 1, Page 3 MAIN ATC NELLIS rather than cycling through COMM 1 Page 1 'MAIN'; COMM 1 Page 2 'MAIN ATC'; COMM 1 Page 3 'MAIN ATC NELLIS'. Might as well keep Easy Comms selected if cycling every page is mandatory.
  3. I'm the exact same, TDC depressed on the TM WH HOTAS = No chance, barely any with another button assigned since the crosshairs are over responsive. What was an excellent start to MAV's on the F/A-18C has now become a pain. LeCuvier did you drop the Y Axis saturation on both X & Y to 10% or down by 10% to 90%?
  4. Why did they impose this? Mine worked great before TDC press was required, now my TDC mouse is way too sensitive, the cursor jumps all over the place and I can barely get a lock. I'm using a TM Warthog HOTAS.
  5. I was doing fine before TDC press became mandatory, now the cursor jumps all over the place, the sensitivity is too strong and I can barely lock onto any target either in white hot or black hot. Wish they'd put it back to the way it was.
  6. Yip, it's really annoying having to answer this alarm every few seconds during Case 1 practice. If anyone works out the solution I'd love to hear it.
  7. Good to hear that ED have now confirmed a review of "remaining FM issues", hopefully any adjustments will be implemented this year and hopefully those mentioned by LEX and AEW are assessed. There is the possibility of the previously mentioned fact that as it's a sim, the FM is as good as it's going to get which is perfectly understandable and if so, I hope ED state this and put the cat to bed. Wonder when they expect the F/A-18C to come out of early access/beta, there's a strong competitor on the way.
  8. Robert, Panther - Gents I feel so dumb, that's exactly what the problem was. Never use that switch on my Warthog throttle now and must have moved it when I cleaned it LOL. Huge thanks for your wiser thoughts.

  10. I'm getting this issue every time I start a mission in the air eg Instant Action AG Guns & Rockets mission. When I click FLY I get a Master Caution and it's the APU ACCUM warning which I can clear by changing to OVERIDE as described above, a few seconds later, I hear the APU shutdown. Have had this bug for a few months now.
  11. Folks, after updating to 2.5.2.20601 I find some of my bindings are gone again - only some tho: Gun Trigger & NWS. This has happened a few times, Is this to be expected after updates? HUD remained in CCIP mode with Master Arm off & AG de-selected?? I noticed it remained like that during landing and only dissappeared when I went back into the Stores page to unbox GUN. No nosewheel steering from my rudder pedals to taxi off the runway???? Any recommendations most welcome.
  12. Hi team, Flying the F/A-18C fast mission Rockets & Guns in the Caucasus map I tuned to BTM Tacan 16X & RTB. Why isn't the Tacan station correctly placed at the airfield on the moving map as per the screenshot? It's out at sea and it also moves slightly but never actually gets to the airfield.

  15. Hi all, Wonder if anyone else has noticed the flightplan route and waypoints slide across the map as the aircraft travels? I was playing the Guns & Rockets instant action F-18 mission in Caucasus Map with the AMPCD set to HSI/Map/N Up Mode, Wpt, Seq1 and noticed that after an attack run I'd turn away 90* or so and create some distance between me and the target at Wpt 1. However, as I increased my distance away from the target, the route followed me where I was expecting it to remain ground stabilised and the Wpt to remain fixed on the map where the target was.

  17. Throttling up to taxi seemed like I was stuck in the mud when I noticed my toe brakes reacting in the opposite way to what I was expecting. Easy fix to invert axis in settings but thought I'd post my finding. Discovered this at the end of the Cold & Dark training mission in the caucasus map.
  18. Changing the Moving Map to North Up "N Up" from Head/Course Up "T Up" only changes the Compass Rose and the aircraft symbol, the map itself remains Head/Course Up "T Up". Caucasus Map after Cold & Dark training mission fly around.
  19. I just watched a replay of my efforts on the AV-8B AGM 65 mission and none of the Mavs actually fired in the replay. After that I watched my setting up the UFC Tacan for the RTB and the plane turned over to the left then flew straight into the ground - never even got to see the landing on the runway?????
  20. Mouse problem for me too Hi all. Got the exact same cursor problem as mentioned above, defaults after about one minute to the left screen where I have my left MFCDU displayed. Cheers
