We found a bug with SR. When two people transmit on different channels both come in garbled.

I think you can tune it after switching to manual mode.

Was it intended Red gets choppers at sochi? If so can blue get them at Beslan,Nalchik, or maykop?

Can we remove the bomber intel from the choppers and leave it to the L39/Hawk. A single Ka50 can now take down a whole base. It is impossible to find them when they land.

I thought Red only had mig21 at forward bases and that is why blue now has F5s? I don't think I have seen a mig21 kill with radar missile yet haha. Something I seen last night was Red took a comm array and Farp with fighters and choppers only. Who needs CAS? Maybe add some tanks so CAS is required on both sides.

Lastnight Maykop was not repairing. The mission triggers and pak info said it was but no units were spawning. We had helis making multiple supply runs to no avail. They would get the supplies dropped message and the pak intel said it was coming up but nothing was spawning. For hours only 3 vehicles were there. The F4s also were not scrambling. They just sat on ramp. This was Blue side with ownership of Maykop

I understand the point you are trying to make but I don't see the F10 map a substitute. Should we then play with labels since we are playing in 2D and seeing planes in hi Res is very difficult? Windows in planes are for seeing other traffic, taxing and T/O Landing. The only time we use windows for navigation is when you are using dead reckoning and pilotage. When I fly through clouds,snow, heavy rain I am not looking out my window. On a clear day sometimes I have sun panels blocking all my windows but we are still navigating. Very early in instrument training pilots learn to ignore these perceptions you talk about. In the sim we don't have these perceptions but I just don't see the link between them and a icon in F10 View. Is it because you cant feel your plane turning, climbing, desending, or fGs you think we should have an icon on the map? Icon on the F10 map is only a substitute for not knowing where you are at lol. Players will need to use Bulz, TADs, NDBS, TACANS, Pilotage, RSBNs and GCIs for navigation help. It would be much more realistic! Maybe this is to much for the community though. I think Blue flag has the most experienced mp server and think its an excellent environment to try it out.

If a real pilot relys on that for navigation they are dead. It hinders navigation.

My A10 missions are mostly made with no icon on the map. Its the first thing people say when playing it. "I cant see myself on the map". I am like yep, Your in an A10 use your instruments. A10 is easy mode compared to other planes that would require pilotage or dead wrecking. To me its the one thing in DCS mutiplayer that is arcady is the navigation. Game play would change alot with no icon view. I can't wait until they try out. Get your taxi diagrams out :thumbup:

Blue used it last night as well. It worked very well. We used one Freq for CTAF, and multiples for flights. GCI was using TS. We had to help some guys get it working. The installer was putting the export file in the wrong folder when they had multiple saved game folders. One guy had DCS, DCS.openbeta, DCS A10 folder in his saved games directory.

I updated my game today, Did the update fix this?

I would love to see the F10 map gone. I understand what you saying but I am not understanding what Gs and feeling has to do with navigation. All the planes have a compass. No F10 map would require guys to use charts :thumbup: Hardcore mode

I'm not debating what anything is. That is pointless and you missed my point completely. My point was guys spend lots of time making programs for the community and the community whines and crys when they do. I am not sure how SR hurts anyone but still people are against it in this thread. Nothing surprises me anymore in today's day and age. :pilotfly:

This same thing happened with Yoda. He spent lots of hours with Leavu3 and the community went ape shit. The voice of the people against it was far more vocal than the guys for it. It drove him away from DCS all together :-(. Frankly I see the same guys in this thread doing the same thing. My friends and I love what you guys have created and enjoy the hell out of it! I use a lot of your scripts in the missions I build. You have done all good for the DCS community. I thank you for the time you have spent to make our gaming sessions better. :thumbup:

The difference for me is 9ft. When I put - 00009 in the left scratpad it changes it to 97 It will only let me Select TAS or RS. I might need a video
